"I have to do what?" Candice asked her mom. "I'm not going."

"Candice, he is your father and he would like to see the two of you." Liz tells her as she packed an outfit for her. "Plus I will know that your sister is safe."

Candice sighed as she had to pull that card. Of course she would do anything for her sister. "Fine." She said as Liz walked out. "I don't see why you couldn't do it." She mumbled as her phone started ringing. "Hello?"

"How's the head?"

"Hi to you too, Damon." She said. "Its fine."

"Good. Elena is worried and won't leave me alone."

Candice smiled and sighed. "Damon, she's worried about Stefan. You have her calling me now."

"She doesn't even like me." Damon tells her. "Have fun on your trip."

Candice rolled her eyes and hung up, but had one question pop in her head. "Was he worried about me?"
