Your Mine (Adam Driver X Reader)

1 Week later

"Babe?" Adam calls as he walks upstairs & approaches your door & knocks on it. "Are you awake?" Adam asks.

No response. So, he opens your door & walks into your room to find you fast asleep on your bed with your phone beside you on the nightstand.
Adam gets closer to the bedside & rubs your back because you were turned on your side & then after a couple minutes pass of him doing that to you you wake up & plant light kisses onto his lips. He does the same.

"It's good to see you. Come on, you need to get up." Adam says. "Why? & what time is it anyways?" You ask as you yawn & lay on your back with your baby bump facing upward. "It's time for you to get up. That's what time it is. We gotta go to the theatre today at Broadway so we can rehearse before the show." Adam says. "Is the show tonight?" You ask. "Yes, that's why we need to get over their as soon as we can & practice. Now, I asked you this before but it was a couple months ago... Are you still wanting to be in the play & perform in front of a live audience on Broadway?" Adam asks as you put your head down & then look back up & look at Adam & nod your head ever so slightly.
"So it's a yes. Alright. Now, come on, get dressed & ready I'm already ready just get yourself ready & we can leave. Love you babe." Adam says as you smile. "I love you too." You say.

Right before Adam leaves your room you call his name & ask, "Adam, what should I wear?"

Adam smiles.

"Anything. Casual, cute, anything. Just choose whatever." Adam replies as you smile & Adam leaves the room.

Once you finish getting dressed you look at your outfit deciding on if you like it or not.

Black jean pants, light blue t-shirt, black shoes, a necklace...
Yeah, this will suit me for today.

You walk downstairs with your shoes already on & tied & you quickly grab a snack before you go.
After the snack you walk out the door, down the front porch steps, & get in the car & buckle up & then Adam drives you & himself to the Broadway theatre to prepare for the show.

When you & Adam get their to the theatre Adam parks his car & locks it once you & him get out of his car & walk inside to turn & go down the narrow hallway until they open the doors & end up on stage to find Mr. Wesley chatting with Sarah, the costume designer.

Did she do something wrong? Is one of the outfits not ready?

You both approach Mr. Wesley & he immediately turns around & faces you two & once he does Sarah walks away.

"Ah! Yes! My two favorite people! Good to see you two how have you guys been doing?" Mr. Wesley asks. "It's been going well sir." Adam says. "I can see. Looks like your wife is getting close. Are you sure she wants to participate in the play?" Mr. Wesley asks. "Yeah, she still wants to be a part of it." Adam says. "Ok, sounds great!" Mr. Wesley says. "Mr. Wesley, sir. What were you talking about with Sarah?" You ask. "I was talking to her. To be honest. I was talking to her about the costumes for you & how she might have to make some slight adjustments to the outfit because of your pregnancy. So, I would love it if you could go upstairs & go see her. Thank you." Mr. Wesley says. "Will do. & your welcome sir." You say as you walk backstage & go upstairs.

On your way up the stairs you look down to find Joanne looking up at you noticing your bump.
She didn't know you were pregnant. The only person that did was the boss & Adam. Everyone was about to find out about your pregnancy.

*knocking*

"Come in," Sarah says. "Hey Sarah, I'm back." You say. "Oh my god it's so good to see you back here. I completely forgot you were pregnant. Wait, did you ever tell me that you were pregnant? Ah, who cares. Anyways I'm sure the boss told you already but I want you to try on these couple dresses including the one you wore on the boat ride with Adam I just want you to try them on again so I can see if they need changing." Sarah says. "Ok sounds good. Is their a dressing room somewhere up here in your space?" You ask. "Their is actually, it's right over there in the corner of the wall. Just come out once you put one on & do the same thing for the other one's so I can see every single one." Sarah says. "Sounds good. Thanks." You say. "Your welcome I'm glad I could help." Sarah says as you smile & go over into the dressing room to try on each outfit/dress she had for you for the play for tonight.
