So school started (again) in my country. No more webex (yay).
Um I have been going to school for two days and I already sat a testam (read further in the chap to understand).
To clear things up there are three types of tests/exams in my country.
1) The hourly tests/exams that have a weird confusing name I'm not going to put here. According to the law, we have to sit one in each semester for each class unless we are going to sit exams for that class in the end of the year. (in this situation we only have to sit this test in the first semester). Imma just name it testam (test/exam)
2) The "test". In my country what we call test is kind of a pop quiz but not a quiz... It has a role of a pop quiz but it isn't multiple choice. It has less questions than a testam. It usually takes from ten to twenty minutes and it usually is unanounced. These are not mandatory for the teachers but they usually put a lot of them to torture us :)
3) The summer exams. After what we have for sixth grade, middle school starts and we sit exams every year in Summer. There are questions from every chapter of our books so we have to study A LOT to pass them. Thankfully with covid last year's exams and this year's exams were cancelled. We don't sit exams for every lesson though we only do for: Language, Literature, English, Math (geo and algebra) , Biology, Physics, History, Ancient Language and not sure about Chemistry.
SO anyways since the shcools opened, we are in testam season meaning every teacher puts us those damn testams AND some of them who are not allowed to since we have already sat the testam for this semester before the schools closed, PUT A THOUSAND OF UNANNOUNCED TESTS LIKE CHILL-
So um anyways
APART FROM TESTAM SEASON I HAVE TO SIT MY FCE (First Cambridge Exams aka Lower-B2) ENGLISH EXAMINATIONS ON SUNDAY (I was supposed to have already sat them in the summer but Covid was like: nope so yeah I have five days to study my ass off for the Fce's.
My books are litteraly leveled for CPE (Campridge proficiency examinations aka proficiency-C2) but we don't talk about that. (ignore my bad grammar here I'm not careful when writing in wp)
Um the whole point of this chap is that since I have my Fce's coming up my parrents let me ditch school for the rest of the week to study.
It is one of the first times I am allowed to ditch school and what do I do with it? Study my ass off.
Life is unfair.
Anyways that's all and I'm going to log off because i have to- yes, you guessed it right, STUDY.
