Ch 17-I'm supposed to be a Sensei? Hell no!

"Yah-hoooo!" I shout in glee as I manipulate the wind around me with my chakra so I can in a sense, fly through the air. I see everyone's stares from down below and finally I have a crash landing on the Yondaime Hokage's face on the Hokage Mountains...

"Kami... I'm falling! AAAAH!" I desperately grip the stone to no avail and plummet to the ground. My chakra levels are too low to risk doing anything lest I lose consciousness due to chakra exhaustion.

That would be even worse since I'm probably going to break a lot of my bones when I crash land on the ground. I'm probably over a hundred feet in the air right now... And getting closer to the ground. I close my eyes and brace myself for the landing, only to snap them open and let out a squeak when I land in someone's arms.

I feel a blush overtake my face as I realize who it is... Hatake. "Hm... Are you alright Shiro? I didn't know you liked me so much." My blush involuntarily deepens at his teasing tone.

"Actually, though, I was supposed to find you. Hokage-sama wanted to see you along with the other Jounin for something..." He said nonchalantly, placing me on the ground so I could stand on my own.

"Oh? When?" I asked curiously, but also dreading the answer. Hatake was known for his lateness. I was not. I really hope he didn't...

"Oh, about three hours ago." He's smirking, the asshole. I glare at him, grab his perverted little book and smirk at his now widened eye.

"You know where to go if you want it~" I laugh evilly and Shunshin to the Hokage's office, where all of the other Jounin are already there. It's been two years since I've become Jounin... Everyone knows who I am now.

I've been given a name as the Konoha no Yami, in other words, the Darkness of Konoha. It is probably because of my second form... Which saddens me, but it's alright, because it makes Konoha's enemies tremble and they are reluctant to attack my village, and... If they try to hurt my family again, well they have the last example to remember.

"Shiro, so nice of you to finally join us. I thought I sent Kakashi to find you, but he never came back." I blanch at the Hokage's words. Damnit Hatake!

"Sorry, but he showed up like five seconds ago and told me that I was supposed to come here. So... His fault!" I point childishly at Hatake's appearance, my true age showing out. It is his fault anyways!

He stalks up to me and a gulp at his glare. "Where. Is. It?" He emphasizes each word with a threatening intent.

I dive behind the Hokage, ignoring the stares. "Save me Lord Hokage! I simply took a book from him, and he looks like he's about to kill me!"

I hear a whisper from one of the normal Jounin, Kouhi I think her name is, I didn't care to remember."Why are all the strongest in Konoha so... eccentric?"

The Hokage rubs his head tiredly, making me smirk slightly. "Shiro, give him his book back. Kakashi, apologize for making Shiro late."

"But--" We both shout, glaring at eachother afterwards.

"No buts! Now!" The Hokage bellows gruffly and I grudgingly nod, blindly tossing his book at him, hoping it hits him in the face. A hollow thunk sound can be heard soon after.

"By the hollow noise, I assume it hit your head." I grin at him, which he replies with a smirk.

"No, it hit my heart." I stick my tongue out at him, blinking in slight confusion when his visible eye slightly darkens in color. Eh, who cares.

"Shut up the both of you are acting like little kids! Now let's get back to the actual reason we are here!" I stifle my whine and walk over to stand by the other Jounin.

"There is a graduating class this year, and it is full of clan head children, and there are others as well. The council together have decided on the sensei for these children and the others. Kurenai Yuhi!" He barks, making her snap to attention. "You will be leading Team Eight, consisting of Shino Aburame, Hinata Hyuga, and Kiba Inuzuka! Asuma Sarutobi will be leading Team Ten, consisting of Shikamaru Nara, Ino Yamanaka, and Chouji Akimichi! And the last team with a clan head child will be Kakashi Hatake and Shiro Uchiha leading together for Team Seven since there is a high probability of trouble with this team. It will consist of Sasuke Uchiha, Naruto Uzumaki, and Sakura Haruno. You four may leave, the rest may choose who they want." What the hell? Me, a Jounin sensei? Hell no!

"Oi, Hokage-sama no way in mmhmph--" I choke for air as my mouth is abruptly covered, stopping my rant.

"Thank you, Hokage-sama. We will be on our way then." A smooth voice says behind me. My face heats up like a wild fire and I'm only thankful his hand is covering my face so no one can see it. What the hell is up with all these damn hormones?! I hate them, I hate them, I hate them!!

Then we aren't standing in the office anymore, we are standing in front of a place I faintly remember, the academy. I force his hand off my mouth and glare at him before asking, "Why are we here?"

"Well... This is where the new genin are... I figured we could scope out to see what our little genin will be like." I nod in agreement, though I already know what one will be like.

"I know what one of them will be like, Sasuke Uchiha, he wants to kill his older brother for massacring the clan. He is obsessed with becoming stronger for the sole purpose of killing Itachi Uchiha. He is... In one way to say it, an Avenger." I sigh after I say this. I can't count how many times I've tried to snap him out of it, but he just won't. The only thing I can do is keep him from letting his hatred completely consume him... That has happened to many with the Sharingan, our Curse of Hatred so to say... Sasuke has the Sharingan, but he doesn't know it... He doesn't need to know right now. It would just make him more arrogant, and therefore more likely to die.

We settle on a tree outside the window and look into the room containing the genin. There are many clan head children here... Each one has something to distinguish what clan they are from. The laziness of the Nara, the red markings and ninken of the Inuzuka, the pupiless pale eyes of the Hyuga, insects of the Aburame, the platinum blonde hair and blue eyes of the Yamanaka, the swirl marks on an Akimichi's cheeks, the onyx hair and eyes of a Uchiha, my friend Naruto, is only part Uzumaki. The Uzumaki were known for their fiery temper and red hair... He has blonde hair. Yet... It isn't the platinum blonde of the Yamanaka...

My eyes narrow as the gears in my head start turning. The only person I've ever seen with that hair color... Holy shit. I was not expecting that one. And the only Uzumaki in Konoha at the time... I clutch my stomach and try to keep the laughing in. Who would have expected the the Yellow Flash and the Red Hot Habanero? I know I didn't.

A hand lays itself on my shoulder, distracting me from my discovery for the moment. "You alright, Shiro? You almost looked in pain."

"No, Hatake. I'm fine, just trying not to laugh at something I figured out." Something you of all people should know, Hatake. After all the Namikaze was your sensei. He merely raised an eyebrow at me and turned his sight to the window again, as did I.

Maybe being a sensei won't be too bad, especially with Otouto and Naru in my team.
