Dateline: 1981 at Privet Drive in Surrey, London

There was nothing about the starry sky that night to suggest that strange and mysterious things would soon be happening - J.K. Rowling.

A sign that said Privet Drive was the first thing that appeared on the screen as it pans toward a mist of fog with trees behind it. Out came a hooded figure with moon spectacles and a silvery-white beard as he walked towards the light and got out a cigarette looking object. One by one, he put out most of the lights, and he heard a cat meowing.

''I should've known you would be here...Professor McGonagall.'' the hooded figure said calmly as the cat transformed into a witch

''Good Evening, Professor Dumbledore.'' McGonagall said, ''Are the rumours true, Albus?''

''I'm afraid so, Professor. The good, and the bad.''

''And the boy and girl?''

''Hagrid is bringing them.''

''Do you think it'll be wise to trust Hagrid with something important as this?''

''Ah, Professor, I would trust Hagrid with my life.''

All of a sudden, the two professors hear a motoring sound tumbling down from the darkness while unsuspecting Muggles sleep in their beds. The motorbike came down and touched on the ground safely with a figure riding it. It wasn't an ordinary motorbike; it was attached with a cockpit that held only one person but two if they were small enough. The figure was wearing a brown leather coat with about three belts attached to its body and black leather boots with knotted up laces. The figure took off its goggles and began to speak,

''Professor Dumbledore, Sir. Professor McGonagall.''

''No problems, I trust, Hagrid?'' said Dumbledore quietly

''No sir, Little tykes fell asleep just as we were flying over Bristol. Try not to wake them. There you go.'' said Hagrid as he handed one baby to Dumbledore and one baby to McGonagall.

''Albus, do you really think it's safe, leaving him with these people? I've watched them all day. They're the worst sort of Muggles imaginable.'' said McGonagall ''They really are...''

''The only family they have,'' said Dumbledore calmly as they walked towards a small house with a number four placed on the doorway.

''These kids will be famous. There won't be a child in our world who doesn't know their names.'' McGonagall said, worried

''Exactly, They're better off growing up away from all that. Until they're ready.'' Dumbledore said as he and McGonagall placed the babies on the doormat. Hagrid started to sniff and began to cry, and he cleared his throat. ''There, there, Hagrid. It's not really goodbye after all.'' Dumbledore said as Hagrid nodded

Dumbledore then placed a letter inside one of the baby's blankets. ''Good luck...Harry Potter and Hermione Granger,'' he said as the camera zoomed towards the scars, which glowed brightly and began to flash. It transitions to a stormy and cloudy sky with the title in metallic gold. Lightning then flashes, engulfing the screen transitioning to the present time.
