The sun reaching my eyes I sighed in content, smiling as the warmth spread through me, everything peaceful for a few moments until I remembered about last night.

My eyes snapping completely open I jolted awake, panicking I threw off my pyjamas stumbling around to put on boxers I tripped, smashing my head on my sleeping mat

I grabbed a pair of pants, putting them on I threw on a shirt, needing to make sure Preston was alright. Barging out of the tent I snapped my head towards the sky to see Preston's wings dive down far away.

Panick searing through me I raced to where I saw him, calling out his name tears pricking my eyes afraid he crashed voices mumbled in my ears as I looked around the area, vulnerable.

"PRESTON?!?!?!!?" I yelled hearing no response I whimpered fear piercing through me every time he didn't respond, maybe he didn't hear me...

"PRESTON?!?!?!?!!" I shouted louder this time hearing voices coming closer Preston's sweet voice replied to me sounding close.

"I'M RIGHT HERE ROB I'M COMING!!!" Preston's voice responded and I sighed, joy filling my heart to the brim knowing he was ok.

The grass shimmering around my feet I gazed upwards, the sun slowly rising to the highest peak I smiled as birds zipped by squawking.

Gosh this was a beautiful morning, but not as beautiful as Preston....My heart melting when I thought of him a twig snapped pulling me out of my own world and looked to see Preston.

Confusion and concern immediately splashing across my mind I rushed to Preston, tackling him in a hug his tail wrapped around us safely, I loved when he did that.

"Preston where were you?!?! Why didn't you..Oh.." I tried seeing two others behind him, one of them blonde while the other was dark haired almost black. (I'm talking about hair not skin)

The blonde one had really blue eyes while the other one had curiosity sparking in his huge brown eyes, both so different yet so together.

Glancing at the grass I noticed their hands intertwined and smiled at the blonde one who seemed nervous, we needed all the help we could get.

"Hello!!!" The brown eyed one greeted excitement and curiosity filling his eyes to the brim, it was really weird. You would expect the blonde one to be happy and curious while

the black haired one who looked more serious acted like all he wanted was information and cuddles, they were opposites, and yet they looked like they loved each other.

"Hello." I replied laughing at his huge brown eyes darting around the area seeming interested in our camp. He was an explorer for sure.

"Hey I'm Lachlan this is Vikk, we almost shot down Preston thinking he was an agro but it all turned out good. He dove down, we almost attacked him but Vikk bursted out saying hello

and everything was all good as stupid as it sounds." Lachlan blurted out causing worry to flash through my heart as I stared at Preston who nodded, reassuring he was fine.

"I'm fine Rob, one question though, you think I can tell them about, you know, my injury?" Preston nudged and I nodded a little doubtful.

Turning away from me he cleared his throat earning Vikk and Lachlan's attention. Lachlan seemed curious to what he had to say.

"Ok so, explain about the whole injury thing." Vikk snapped over excited. Lachlan pushed him playfully but he just skipped back to his former spot.

"I'm probably dying in two days, my blood is obsidianizing and we have a chance to save me. In two days counting this one as day one were going to try placing me in water

in which case the water will give my body time to adapt as the temperature drops in my blood system giving the water a chance to freeze the lava turning it to water...

So basically in order to save myself I need to become a water demon, understand?" Preston explained earning a shocked look from both of them as they both snapped their attention to me.

This is awkward.....
