Warm sunlight rinsed the room and permitted from a gap of the bed curtains. Hong Cha's eyelashes fluttered before lifting her eyelids. The first thing she saw in the morning was Xu Qin Rui. His fine thin lips hooked upwards into a charming curve as his eyes glistened dreamily. It would have been perfect, mirroring an elegant scholar or a mountain flower. But since he's abnormal, his hand was groping her buttocks. Hong Cha snorted in annoyance. She slapped his arm to keep him from harassing her early in the morning. Xu Qin Rui chuckled and stopped messing with her. He pulled her to his embrace since he feels quite calm next to her.

"Mr. Xu, are you not going to office?" Hong Cha saw the time from an alarm. It's already ten in the morning. How come he's still here? Moreover, she could have slept peacefully today after he didn't give her a rest yesterday night. Hong Cha thought for a moment when she recalled he was gentle than normal. When they first did it, he was rough and only cares for himself. But yesterday, Xu Qin Rui was less sadistic. What made him change? Because he shared his problems? Did that short talk lessened his tense?

"You smell different. Where's that flowery scent you have yesterday? It smells like..." Xu Qin Rui tried to ponder and evaded her question. He's the boss after all. He can have an absence anytime he wants. That smell, what flower was it again? It was not faint but not strong either. He likes it very much.

"Camellia." she sat up after freeing herself from him. Hong Cha narrowed her eyes to see him in his pajama. As for her, she doesn't have anything covering herself! This made her frustrated. Hong Cha forcefully pulled the blanket and covered herself with it.

"Damn, Xiao Cha." he suddenly held her waist and dragged her down. Xu Qin Rui bit his lower lip. She's very alluring. He wanted to take that blanket off her and do it again. Specially her frosty gaze, he wants to fill it with tears.

"... Mr. Xu, get off." she immediately spoke upon feeling his hardness inflating. Hong Cha cant risk another round. Her waist will break then she will be no different to old grandmas. She's not an expert in this field, ah. "Get off me or I'll hide myself again for weeks."

"Tsk. Why are you so mean?" Xu Qin Rui loathed. He unhappily headed to the bathroom.

Hong Cha sighed in relief. Xu Qin Rui actually listens to her now. That is surprising. Psychopaths never listened to other opinions. Well, he already met the female lead and she was able to last this long without being punished with tortures. Maybe she was contributing with his therapies along with the female lead which is why he is progressing faster. Soon enough, Xu Qin Rui came out. He was stunned since Hong Cha prepared his clothes. They rarely get along and just in two days or so, she's now adjusting with his presence in her life.

"I want to go out." Hong Cha decided to tell him what she wants to do. Moreover, if she cant affect the male lead, she can try it on the female lead instead. In that way, she can destroy the plot. The female lead fell in love to Xu Qin Rui first which amused him. If the female lead doesn't have secret feelings for Xu Qin Rui then he will not need to tease Sang Linlin or share mutual feelings.

"Alright." he unexpectedly agreed. Hong Cha thought he will disagree. Xu Qin Rui leaned down to her and reached his hand behind her neck. He placed her hair on her shoulder before touching the collar's censor. A clicking sound resonated then the collar fell off. Hong Cha touched her neck. The collar is not on her! She looked up to him in disbelief. Xu Qin Rui simply smiled, one that lacks his pervertedness and unrestrained flirting. It was a genuine one full of sincerity. "You've been behaving so, I guess you're well-trained."

"You're not afraid I wil run away?" Hong Cha blinked. Xu Qin Rui took the collar and held the back of her head. She unconsciously clenched her fists when he marked the previous covered part of her neck.

"No worries. If you run away, I can still find you. So, remember. I can kill anyone who dares to stay between us." Xu Qin Rui formed a devious smile. He marked her neck as she whimpered a bit from the pain. His gaze met hers afterwards. "Xiao Cha, don't even dare to leave me. If you do, I will drag Bai Zhang and Lou Fenbing to their grave. Either you have this collar or not, you're still mine, en?"

She should have known. He's still that possessive sadist. Hong Cha lightly touched the bite mark on her neck and nodded. Lou Fencha's body belongs to him but her heart is for Lou Fenbing. Still, Hong Cha is now the new Lou Fencha. She is willing to go along with Xu Qin Rui but not to Lou Fenbing. There is no one worth her love.

With Xu Qin Rui's permission, she was able to go wherever she wants. Hong Cha tried to find the female lead and System Wu tracked her down. It was just on time since Sang Linlin headed to the executive's office. She should have followed Xu Qin Rui, ah. Hong Cha recalled this was the part of the plot where another group of assassins tried to kill Xu Qin Rui. However, with the female lead around, she sacrificed herself to save him from a bullet. Xu Qin Rui then felt gratified and decided to help her.

It was not Shanlong who sent the assassins but another enemy of Xu Qin Rui. He's a big shot anyway, a lot of dealers, a lot of enemies. Hong Cha called Lou Fenbing outside the empire state building. Before she enters, she needs to make sure she can survive. It was fortunate she can instigate Lou Fencha's skills.
