Hong Cha went back to the mansion to see Sang Linlin sitting on an egg pod chair near the pool. She was smiling dreamily while holding a beautiful red flower. Hong Cha paused upon recognizing it was the Middlemist Red. Her lips tugged downwards. It must be Xu Qin Rui who gave it to Sang Linlin. Before Sang Linlin can notice her, she turned her back. Hong Cha was glad no one is in the room. She jumped on the newly cleaned bed and comfortably wrapped the blanket around her. Suddenly, she heard the doorknob being twisted. Her eyes opened to see Xu Qin Rui leaning on the doorway.

"You can sleep here. You own this room anyway. Must be reserved for that woman." she went off the bed and grabbed a pillow for herself. Still, Xu Qin Rui stood by the doorway. Hong Cha raised a brow. Isn't he going to occupy this room with Sang Linlin?

"I thought you had left." he spoke slowly. Hong Cha wanted to slam the pillow on his face to break his calmness. This guy made her pregnant while he fiddled with another woman!

"If I leave, wont that be good? You're with your favorite and maybe if I get pregnant, you will not even care. So what is the point of staying? I wish I could leave too, hmph." Hong Cha crossed her arms unhappily.

"First of all, I will never let you leave. Second, I have no favorite. Lastly, you're not pregnant." Xu Qin Rui took a step forward with his grim face showing how he feels. Where did that came from? "Xiao Cha, you can sleep here. There are a lot of guestrooms Sang Linlin can use."

"Strange." she flashed a mocking grin and went back to the bed again. Hong Cha ignored him while the thought of her pregnancy made her feel awkward around Xu Qin Rui. Well, was it necessary? She cant possibly have an abortion even if she's dealing with a world of fiction. Hong Cha cant sleep as she tossed and turned.

"You're keeping something from me." Xu Qin Rui lied down next to her. Hong Cha kept her back facing him. She closed her eyes but she cant sleep well.

"You have so many women but have you considered marrying a wife?" Hong Cha asked and faced him to see his reaction. Xu Qin Rui pondered for a moment. He shrugged his shoulder in response. "What about if you impregnate one? What will you do?"

"Pay them to have abortion. But, none of them were ever pregnant. They drink contraceptives. Except for you. I keep forgetting to give you one." he pulled her closer and intently looked through her eyes. Xu Qin Rui wonders what will he do if she carries his child.

"You keep forcing me but you are not even planning to be responsible." she furrowed her brows in anger. Xu Qin Rui smiled lightly. He leaned down with his hand pinching her chin.

"Do you want to marry me?" he asked before biting her lower lip gently. Xu Qin Rui's gaze deepened. Just by seeing her this close was enough to trigger him again.

"Xu Qin Rui, actually, I... Uhm..." Hong Cha was hesitating. She is about to speak more when they heard a gunshot outside. Xu Qin Rui sat up and took a glimpse by the balcony.

"Stay here. I expect you to behave." Xu Qin Rui went out and closed the door. Hong Cha could do nothing because it was locked. She became unhappy but the balcony's door slid open.

"Fenfen!" a man in black suit jumped in. He removed his mask to reveal his identity.

"Old Lou, damn! You almost got me killed!" another man stepped in with the same attire as him. Bai Zhang guarded the balcony as the 'siblings' reunited.

"Brother! What are you doing here!?" Hong Cha was alarmed. She wanted to say more when Lou Fenbing kissed her.

"Hey! Now is not the right time for this!" Bai Zhanh complained. Shanlong and Xu Qin Rui's forces are killing one another outside but these two are having fun.

"Come with me." Lou Fenbing held her hand and brought her to the balcony. However, the door opened and Sang Linlin appeared.

"Where are you going?" Sang Linlin dragged Hong Cha back and pulled her to her side. She pointed a knife to Hong Cha's neck when Lou Fenbing and Bai Zhang aimed their guns to her. "Do it and I'll slit her neck."

"Sang Linlin, what are you doing?" Hong Cha didn't expect the female lead would do this. Sang Linlin didn't answer and brought her out of the room.

"You cant run away, traitor." she casted a glare to Hong Cha and dragged her to where the maids are. Samuel appeared on time with Miao Yun to treat the injured ones. "Mr. Xing, there are two men in the master bedroom. They tried to bring Lou Fencha with them."

"Must be Bai Zhang and Lou Fenbing." Samuel pulled the gasket. A pair of armed maids followed him to the upper floor. Some maids surrounded Hong Cha since she, as an assassin, might take advantage of the chaos.

Sang Linlin screamed once a bullet got in the mansion. She was so terrified she went to a different place to hide. Hong Cha looked outside from the glass windows. Xu Qin Rui was there as well. He leisurely used the pair of Infinity against his intruding enemies. Shanlong was not losing because of their tactical posts. The sounds of gunshot suddenly stopped. Hong Cha was stunned to see Lou Fenbing holding Sang Linlin hostage.

"Xu Qin Rui, give her back to me or she will die." Lou Fenbing threatened. Everyone went still since Sang Linlin was the current favorite of Xu Qin Rui.

"Fenfen, get out of there." Bai Zhang proclaimed even though Xu Qin Rui didn't make any decisions yet.

"One." Lou Fenbing started counting. "Two."

"Brother, don't!" Hong Cha got out when the maids lowered the guns they are pointing to her. Xu Qin Rui reached for her to make her stop but Hong Cha was able to avoid him. His irises contracted as she stood across him with a reluctant expression.

"Xiao Cha." he wanted to make her stay and blackmail her again but he cant risk making her cry once more. Xu Qin Rui can only watch her return to Lou Fenbing.
