"You really like to hide from me but when other men comes here, you tend to show yourself." Xu Qin Rui mocked. Was she not satisfied with him? Is that why she keeps detached to him while attracted to others? Xu Qin Rui cant take that. He's a possessive person so why should he share her? "I just wonder, since when did you meet Gu Zixing? He's been married for four years now. Before that, he worked abroad as an attorney. How did you meet him and when?"

"I travel the world to kill my targets from abroad too, you know." Hong Cha tried to cover up the truth though Lou Fencha never met Gu Jiaoyue. "Before he married, he's an acquaintance. We met by chance and we do have a bit of strings attached to us. I know it offended you that I was thinking of him when you were with me. But have you thought what kind of relationship do we have? Am I not just a venting tool?"

"Your words make sense." Xu Qin Rui nodded in return. He stared at her while thinking why he took her in the first place. She's quite a beauty and she's Lou Fenbing's sister. Why is he lenient to her?

"Moreover, I didn't expect you are his brother-in-law. You have a sister?" she turned to him to see his pupils contract for a moment. Xu Qin Rui looked away and focused his gaze on the wine. "Its fine if you don't want to say. You never open up anyway. People who kept themselves enclosed were often leading their own self caged."

"Hey." he spoke when she went down the stool. Hong Cha stopped and looked at him. "Doctor Miao had told me to open up so I can treat my abnormality. Can I trust you with this?"

"Im a sensible person anyway." Hong Cha smiled lightly. Xu Qin Rui strode to a table viewing the pool outside. With the moon so bright, it was a perfect calm scenery. She sat across him with a Shirley Temple in her grasp. "You know, it surprised me to learn you have a sister. I've been an assassin for four years now and I heard a lot about you. But not about your family. I even thought you don't have one."

"Well, it must be because I don't really have one." Xu Qin Rui leaned his head on his palm while looking outside. His eyes were half-lidded, completely masking his true feelings. "In truth, my parents and relatives are politicians. My father is a congressman and my mother is a governor. They have a lot of competitors but never corrupted anything. I have an older sister as well that wants to be an agent someday."

"It sounds ironic you turned out like this." Hong Cha secretly mumbled. His parents were nor corrupt and his elder sister wants to be an agent. Why did he become rebellious?

"Me and my sister thought things were perfect when she learnt that our parents were involved in some illegal activities. Her self-righteousness made her choose something that broke our family. She reported our parents but they are able to bail themselves out of prison. Because of their exposure, the underworld people they negotiated with hunted them. Our parents died when I was eight or so. My sister was sixteen that time so she is more emotionally stable than me." he took a pause and narrowed his eyes as his brows furrowed. Xu Qin Rui closed his eyes upon recalling his childhood.

"Then?" Hong Cha waited in anticipation. This must be the reason he became insane?

"Then, she became controlling. She doesn't want me to be like our parents. If I defend myself at school because of some bullies, she gets too angry and speaks insults. She took my freedom but I don't like being controlled. So, I rebelled when I was twelve. She doesn't like it and scolded me but I never listened. Our bond broke once I reach fifteen. Those days, I already have a gang to back me up. Of course, she was provoked so she cut her ties with me and left my inheritance as she took hers. We went on our separate ways. I don't know where she is nor did I know she married already. I only get to know about her life now when I met Gu Zixing."

"Let me guess. You are not satisfied being a gang leader and expanded it to a mafia organization?" she tilted her head for a bit. Xu Qin Rui looked at her and nodded. "It would have been better if you're an executive, not a mafia leader."

"If I hadn't, I wouldn't have avenged my parents." Xu Qin Rui leaned on the chair. His gaze settled on her. She looked quite attractive. Her white dress highlighting her features while the moonlight made her eyes sparkle. Xu Qin Rui felt his heart racing. What is this? Why does he feel this way?

"Xu Qin Rui." Hong Cha stood up to leave. She heard what she needed to hear. He finally learnt how to trust her. A little bit more, her mission will be completed. "Im grateful you spared me."

"Heh." he smiled faintly and drank the wine. When he finished, she already left. Xu Qin Rui also cant believe himself. He spared her countless times and even shared his past to her. He's learning to trust her in just a couple of weeks together. It was as if he knew she can be trusted.

Hong Cha watered the Middlemist Red. She looked around the greenhouse in wonder. It was fixed again but with an improved style than the last. Hong Cha placed the flower on an elegant black table underneath a Japanese maple tree. This greenhouse is really extravagant and breath-taking. However, with Xu Qin Rui around, its an utter pity. He can destroy this place as much as he wants. What a terrible hobby he has.
