Karn is jealous

" I hate him. Look! He is always following her! And Meghna is being too friendly with that guy!" Karn expressed his displeasure. Arjun nodded. 

"Bhrata do you think he can be bhabhisree's first husband?" Arjun asked casually.

"No! How can that be!? He is here in dwapar yug since very long" Karn said.

"Maybe they were amrried when they were in Kaliyug...I mean I dont know bhrata. Since hw long has he been here?" Arjun asked.

"I didnt ask Meghna but it seemed he came here before Meghna." Karn said viewing Sidharth with suspicion.

Meghna meanwhile was so delighted to meet her childhood friend. Sidharth and Meghna had been really close to one another when they were young. Infact Sidharth was right. Sidharth was Meghna's first love. But she was also a little worried about Karn. She had to talk to him. Whatever happened between them stated that Karn waas hiding something from her. Who was this mysterious woman Karn was in love with? Moreover if he loved her then why did he kiss her? What was going on!?

MEANWHILE IN DURYODHAN'S CHAMBER

"What rubbish were you speaking in the dining hall Duryodhan! How can you accept that Sutaputra as your brother!?" Shakuni asked angrily. 

"Mamashree! Dont insult my friend! I dont care if he is a kaunteya! He has been my true friend throughout!" Duryodhan said as he recalled Karn's friendship. 
" What has happened to you suddenly! Dont you realise..." Shakuni tried to poison Duryodhan's mind when Meghna arrived in Duryodhan's chamber.

"Mitr...are you busy?" Meghna asked looking at Shakuni angriy. She very well knew what Shankuni was trying to do.

"No sakhi. I am not all busy. In fact I was thinking of taking a stroll in the garden" Duryodhan said looking at Shakuni.

" I can accompany you sakha" Meghna said. Duryodhan smiled nodding.

"You were right sakhi. I feel so much better. Karn is the only family I have" Duryodhan said.

"You are forgetting about the pandavas. They too are your brothers ." Meghna said looking expectedly at Duryodhan. When she first met Duryodhan she immediately judged him but Krishna guided him. He helped her see the good in Duryodhan and as Meghna got to know Duryodhan she understood how complex Duryodhan's character was.  He was an evil person but  very misunderstood character instead. That was the moment she decided that she had to justify Duryodhan's character and provide him justice as well. When she befriended Duryodhan she realised that Duryodhan was a kind hearted man badly influenced by his evil uncle.

"My brothers! They never even considered me their brothers sakhi. They insulted my friend. They were filled with arrogance. " Duryodhan said.

"Think about it  Suyodhan. Didnt you try to poison Bheem? You all denied them your love. There is still time left. Extend your hand of friendship towards the padavas." Meghna said. 

Duryodhan seemed to think about her proposal. It was not a very bad proposal. 

"Exactly Draupadi. Meghna and I were the most mischievous kids in the area. Meghna's mother always used to scold us" Aditya said laughing.

"Look at him. Always speaking about their good old days." Karn whispered to Arjun angrily.

"And her pitasree?" Arjun asked.

Aditya seemed to struggle a little. It was a vey sensitive topic in Meghna's life. Draupadi knew about Meghna's father and she tried to stop Arjun but she was too late.

The smile vanished from Meghna's face.

"Yes tell us something about your father sakhi" Duryodhan said. 

Draupadi, Arjun , Karn and all were shocked. Meghna and Duryodhan were friends! What was going on!?

Meghna simply smiled. 

"Uhh...I am extremely hungry. Lets have some food" Draupadi said trying to change the topic.

"Aree but Aditya knows everything about Meghna. Let him answer na Draupadi. Yes Aditya what were you telling aboutMeghna's father?" Karn asked challenging Aditya.

Meghna was a little silent now.

"Uncle..." Aditya stammered.

"Its okay Adi. I will answer everyone's questions"Meghna said.

She narrated the entire story of her mother's death to everyone. There was painful silence in the room. Everyone looked at Meghna with tears in their eyes. They could not belive such evil exsisted. How worse was Kaliyug from the Dwapar Yug! How could a father be so cruel. Karn couldnt believe his ears. Meghna had gone through so much in her life. Krishna looked at Meghna knowingly. He knew everything after all. Duryodhan was feeling extremely sorry for his friend. Draupadi and Arjun were teary eyed. Kunti , Radhama and Bheesm were too shocked to reply. They were completely unaware of such heinous crimes.

"Please excuse me" Meghna said and excused herself. She was a little disturbed after the heavy discussion. 

Karn was going to accompany Meghna when Aditya got up.

"Come Meghna. I will accompany you.

Karn looked at him annoyed. 

"Jealosu is a strange emotion bhrata Karn. Though it is an adharma it feels so right" Krishna said to himself.
