WHATEVER IT TAKES ~ AVA STARR

Chapter Four

Louisa sat on her bed listening to Countdown by Beyonce with her headphones until Ava tapped on her shoulder twice. Louisa took her headphones. I need your cellphone to call my adoptive father, Ava told Louisa. Of course, Louisa replied. Louisa closed her laptop and got up to trap her purse to pull out her cell phone. She handed her cell phone to Ava.

I knocked out Hank, Hope and Scott and I'm so close to getting the cure after I get answers out of them, Ava told Louisa. Louisa looked over and saw Hank, Scott and Hope on the floor unconscious. Louisa watched as Ava texted Bill. He will be here soon, now help grab chair and tie them up, Ava told Louisa.

Louisa pulled two chair while Ava pulled one chair along. Ava grabbed Hank and placed him in the chair while Louisa grabbed Hope and placed her in the chair. Ava placed Hank's arms behind his back and tied his arms behind his back. Louisa put Hope's arms behind her back and ties her arms behind her back. Ava pulled Scott up into the chair and tied his arms behind his back. 

Now we have to wait for these three to wake up and for Bill to arrive, Louisa told Ava. You are very badass ava, they had no time to react to you sneaking up on them, Nalini told Ava.  Thanks Nagini, Ava told Nagini. It's obvious they came here to take back what we stole from them, Ava added.

The sooner we can cure you the better, I hate seeing you in constant pain and knowing you will die from this if you aren't cured, I hate that I can't ease your pain , Louisa told Ava. Tears came to Ava's eyes. Louisa noticed and Pulled Ava in for a hug to comfort her. Ava returned the hug. 

I hate always being in pain so much, Ava told Louisa. After you get cured you'll never feel this pain ever again, Louisa told Ava. And I'll finally be free of this pain and normal again like I used to be, if only my powers came without this pain and threat on my life it would be so much better, Ava told Louisa.  I understand, Louisa told Ava. 

On the brighter side after you get cured you don't have to fear this killing you ever again and we'll be able to do more that your powers won't allow you to do, Louisa told Ava. Ava began fading in and out which ended their hug. 

I really wish I could ease her pain and have the ability to cure her  for her sake, Louisa thought to herself. When will Ava be cured? Nalini asked Louisa telepathy. Ava will be cured once we find the cure, Louisa told Nagini.

That's good to know because I don't want Ava to die, Nalini told Louisa telepathy. I don't want Ava to die either so hopefully we find the cure in time because I don't know what I would do If Ava died especially since I can't prevent this from killing her with out the cure, Louisa told Nagini telepathy. 

Ava went back to normal. Louisa grabbed a piece of tissue to wipe away Ava's tears. I am sorry you have to endure this pain until you get cured Ava so just please hold on longer, Louisa told Ava. I don't know how much longer I have until this kills me, this isn't your fault, Ava told Louisa.

But if I do die at least I'll die knowing you still have Nagini and Bill, Ava told Louisa. I still don't want to lost you even though I know I have the ability to get through it, I just don't want to imagine my life without you in it, I know I would never be interested in ever being with anyone else, Louisa told Ava.

Louisa held back her own tears with remembering how she felt with losing her parents, even she knew eventually Ava could die before she does and Bill to unless Louisa herself dies before either of them, Louisa didn't want to go through losing anymore loved ones however she knew she'd have to deal with it if or when that time came.

Once Hank, Hope and Scott wake up and when Bill arrives we'll question them and once they tell us how to get the cure for you you'll no longer be in danger of dying from this because your life depends on this, Louisa told Ava. I will get that cure no matter what it takes, Ava said. As usual I'll do whatever it takes to make sure you get that cure, Louisa told Ava.
