Chapter One:
Meeting the Mission

Rogue

"Loosen up a bit won't you, cousin?" My cousin Isidore teased.

"I can't, I have an important meeting tomorrow."  I shook my head. I focused my vision towards the sea of people who seems to be dancing like there's no tomorrow.

"Then why are we even here? Bakit pa tayo nagpa-book ng vip room kung ako lang pala ang iinom dito? You've always been like this, a lame ass party pooper." He commented, every time he calls me out like this it works. I end up doing whatever it is he wants me to do.

I grabbed a whole entire bottle of the liquor 42 and practically chugged a huge portion of it down my throat. I hissed at the feeling, I could never get used to this but whatever, ngayon lang naman.

"There you go my guy! That's what I'm talking about, a hardcore liquor to start off the night, wow." He laughed, sounding satisfied.

"You happy now?" I arched a brow at him.

It didn't take long for the alcohol to spread heat across my body. I was a light weight, as opposed to my cousin who consumes alcohol like it was water. I was starting to feel hazy. My vision is starting to get a little blurry.

"How about a toast to celebrate the night?" He suggests.

"What is there to celebrate, Sid?" My face turned sour.

He shrugged, "I don't know, the night is young cousin - might as well have a blast." He sheepishly grinned. He's so free-spirited it pisses me off sometimes.

I shook my head and didn't bother to listen to whatever he was telling me. Moments later and I am officially not sober, but I wasn't so drunk either.

"Hey, cousin? I'm going down there to meet some friends okay? You sure you're doing okay?" He tapped my flushed cheeks and I could barely nod at him.

"Yeah...I'll be fine in here." I groggily answered. I couldn't really see straight anymore.

I was never the type to drink and get wasted. I never found alcohol that interesting, even when I was much younger. I was just plain and boring, a 'Party Pooper' according to my cousin, Sid.

"Alright man, I'll be back." After patting my shoulder he exits the room.

My other cousin, Dimitri, owned this club so we get to have access to the private room in his club whenever we're here.

I closed my eyes but I could still hear the music blasting from the outside, I couldn't really all asleep. Maybe it's time to go home. When I barely made it downstairs where the party was happening, I couldn't focus. The whole scene was so blurry and I could hardly see where I'm headed. It was chaos down here.

"Hey, are you alright?" A woman stepped in front of me and held my hand.

Her hands were soft but I didn't know her so I peeled it away from my hand.
