Tackling the clumsy Jean onto the ground once again, you smirk.

"Oh Jean, don't get used to this".

He immediately blushes, but catches you off guard as he flipped you both over.

Looking down at you now with a smirk.

"I'd prefer If I do" he says cockily.

He stays on you too long for your liking.

"Jean, you can get off me now".

His hazel eyes linger on your before slowly going down.

Your face twists into a disgusted scowl.

Just as you were about to push him off a voice interrupted.

"Hands off the lady".

Jean froze like ice, recognizing the stoic voice.

The owner of the voice pushes Jean off like a feather, making you relieved.

Looking up you see Levi's outstretched hand.

"Not gonna drop me, aren't you?" you say.

Never forgetting that time.

"Tch, don't be silly, now come on" he retorts.

You reach out but stop halfway, contemplating your actions.

Remember what he has done to you.

But you dismiss it.

He's trying to repent for his actions.

Regardless, you take his hand.

However, when standing, his hand lingers on yours, then brushes his thumb slightly over your knuckles.

Your breathing pace quickens.

You excuse yourself and walk away.

As a blush covers your face.

Don't show emotions.

Don't show feelings.

Don't show weaknesses.

You had repeated that to yourself from the start.

Yet you couldn't help it.

It was Levi.

Who wouldn't get flustered around him?

It was like two people beside you, the devil and angel.

The angel believes you should start to accept Levi.

Which you think you are already doing.

However, the devil is reminding you of the actions and words hes made against you.

Walking through the exhausting hallways, you hear footsteps approaching behind you.

Then a hand is placed on your shoulder.

You're about to flip them by putting a hand on top of theirs.

But as you turn you stop.

Sigh.

You sighed "What".

He raises an eyebrow and says "What's with that attitude?"

"I've given it to you since the day we met, don't act surprised".

He sighs as you start to walk away.

"Wait".

You groan "What?"

He starts walking, so you walk with him a couple of steps behind him.

Arriving at a door you recognise it as Levi's office.

Opening the door, he gestures for you to come in.

You walk in but he stays in front of you, then he starts to walk towards you as he shuts the door.

You walk backwards, staring at him blankly, then your back hits the door.

Caging you in his arms...again.

"I have paperwork for you" he says, his eyes piercing through yours.

Raising an eyebrow "Is that it?"

His expression turns – his eyes switching into a more unknown emotion.

A question at the back of his head he had so awfully wanted to ask you.

"What am I to you?"

Your face turns into confusion.

"I don't understand..." you trailed on.

He dips his head down, still with his arms pinning you.

"Do you still...despise me for how I acted towards you in the past...?" he hesitantly says.

I do.

I don't.

You didn't know; however, it was stupid for you to say that.

Over time you have most definitely grown comfortable around Levi.

"I don't despise you".

His head shoots up "Really?"

You nodded with a stern look.

"However, I won't forget everything you've done to me" you say.

He sighs "I know, I understand".

You pat his shoulder awkwardly to comfort him and slide out of his caged arms.

He looks gladder, contented.

It made you feel the same.

The emotion flutters in your stomach.

You couldn't believe what you were feeling.

Which you've been feeling for a while.

And it's a strong feeling.

But now you've come to realise.

"Now, the paperwork?" you chuckle.

A slight curl to his lips appears.

I'm in love with that fucker.
