We spent a few days, so I could spend more time with my dad and human friends. Amara was more than happy to be spending time with Logan. Amara and I were then saddened to leave. Logan began bawling, so Amara had to awkwardly comfort him. Sam and I rolled our eyes at how dramatic Logan was being. We ended up hugging and planning to reconnect again.

We were flying towards Italy, but Amara was lagging behind. Zeli slowed down to check on her, but Amara was too distraught to talk. Cal, Nyx, and I increased our speed so we could give the two some privacy. We weren't sure where in Italy Zena was located, but Nyx told me to focus on Lara's energy. Lara's powerful energy was impossible not to notice. My eyes widened at the massive villa that came into view.

"That's a nice house." I commented.

"Expect any less from the mafia?" Nyx smirked at my shocked face. "Amelia's family... the wolves are the most powerful Italian mafia family."

"That's impressive... more ways in which Zena is not like her parents." Cal and I laughed.

We landed inside the compound since we weren't in the mood to deal with the gate. Wolves quickly surrounded us and growled. Dante then walked out and dismissed the security. They growled, but immediately backed down.

"Dante, we need to speak with Zena. We know she's-"

"Hurt." Amelia cut Nyx off. "And she's recovering." She muttered.

"Adira wants her now so they can train."

"Well, she'll just have to wait." We turned to see Lara leaning against a doorframe. "My daughter isn't in the right mind to be training." She averted her eyes.

"If she's physically unfit, then Yugi can-"

"That's not it!" Lara interrupted me. "You cannot come into our home and demand she leave with you. It doesn't work that way."

"And you know what doesn't work how we want it to?!" I stepped forward. "Lilitu and her army! We need Zena, now!"

"And what will you do if we say no?" Amelia's eyes glowed yellow.

"It won't be pretty." Nyx conjured up her sword.

"Let's see how you fare, demon." Lara's eyes blackened.

"Moms." We turned to see Zena by the door.

I noticed how broken she looked. She was still recovering, but it looked like she was going through emotional pain. She sniffled and looked at us with bloodshot eyes. I noticed Naoomi wrapping a comforting arm around her. Where's Acacia?! I tried searching for her, but I didn't pick up her aura. She must not be here... so that must be why Zena is a total wreck.

"You should be resting." Lara's face softened at her daughter. It's really night and day when she's dealing with Zena.

"You guys were yelling, so I wanted to see what was wrong." Zena muttered.

I saw a teenage boy run over and hug Zena. Ellio? He looked identical to my angel Ellio. Now, I understand why Zena was thrown for a double take.

"Zena." She looked at me. "I know you aren't feeling well, but we need to begin training." I gently said.

"She's not-"

"Okay." Zena cut Amelia off, shocking everyone. "It'll help me get my mind off things." She looked away.

"Are you sure?" Domenico walked outside. "You've been refusing to train for a while, so we don't want to push."

"You wouldn't be pushing. I want to do it." She sadly smiled at him. "So we leave now?" She quietly asked me. I nodded, so she sighed and walked back inside.
