The Atlas Military has put up a tent in the middle of the road and blocking off all roads that intersect. The tent is covering the still body of Manticore who is still emitting dry ice from its circuits. The entire Katori Police Department is here to make sure that the cyborg that killed 21 of its citizens. They are all wearing riot gear and are carrying guns with armor-piercing rounds, Two soilders look it over.
Soldier 1: That thing gives me the creeps
