Cayde is uncautious in the guest bedroom, being watched over by a tired-looking Yuri.
Yuri: Come on Cayde, you are too stubborn to let this kill you.
Soon Summer opens the door carrying a tea set.
Summer: Any improvement?
Yuri: Not yet but he will.
Summer: Yuri-
Yuri: He will!
Summer nods then she hands her a cup of tea which she takes.
Yuri: Thanks.
She takes a sip, trying not to nod off to sleep.
Summer: Hey you should get some sleep.
Yuri: NO, no I can't...I can't leave him not again, he needs me.
Summer Puts a hand on her shoulder.
Summer: Yuri, you need rest.
Yuri: *Sigh* Yeah, your right, sorry.
She slowly gets up and follows summer out of the room.
Summer: You can sleep in the second guest bedroom.
A few hours pass and Cayde begins to stir and begins to wake up.
Cayde: Ugh...
Cayde slowly starts to pen his yes, trying to work through the massive headache.
Cayde: Ugh...
He slowly gets up noticing he is wearing pants, but no shirt instead his chest is covered in bandages.
He walks to the door, and opens it, he looks around to take in his environment. He soon realizes that he is in Summer and Tai's cabin.
He hears voices coming from the living room and proceeds to walk towards them.
He soon enters with Tai talking to Summer on the couch.
Yuri: Welcome back to the land of the living team leader.
He tilts his head to the right and sees the blurry vision of his old teammate.
Cayde: *Groan* What? What happened?
Tai: Buddy you're alive!
Cayde: Tai? ...what?
Tai hugs his former best friend, Ignoring the cracked ribs.
Cayde: OW!
Tai: Sorry.
Hearing this in the other room Summer rushes in.
Summer: OH CADIE YOU ARE FINALLY AWAKE!
Cayde colds his bandaged-up rib cage in pain.
Cayde: How...
Suddenly he hears a creak from a door down the hall.
Yuri: SERIOUSLY!!
He slowly turns his head and sees his former teammate Yuri walking toward him at a vigorous pace.
Yuri: I remained by your side for three weeks and the second I decide to take a half-hour nap you wake up!?
She hugs him as well.
Cayde: OW!!
Yuri: Oh, riiiiiiiight I forgot.
Cayde *In a great amount of pain* I can tell!!
