Cayde is sitting on his couch eating an apple and watching tv, in his casual clothes. He flips through channels until he stops on a news story already in progress.
T.V. News Ancor: "...the S.D.C has always had a monopoly over the dust trade in Vale, Vacuo, and Atlas, but Oscorp always had a stranglehold on the Mistral market. They recently decided to expand their Market to Vacuo, which was a great decision as they now own 70% of the Vacuo market, and they naturally wanted to expand their business in Vale, via a hostile take over of the S.D.C, however General Ironwoods influence over the council has negated the take over, but Mr. Osborn says that he is not finished yet, as stock in both companies reach all time highs, we asked Mr. Osborn about...

He turns is off as he finishes his apple.
He then opens his scroll and starts scrolling for any new bounties.
Cayde: Nothing.
Suddenly he sees a red glow from the corner of his eye, so he turns and sure enough there stood Raven.
Raven: Hey.
Cayde: Hey, do you want to take a seat?
Raven: Y...Yes thank you.
She takes a seat on the other side of the couch.
Cayde: So do you want to talk now?
Raven: Yeah.
Cayde: So what do you want to talk about first?
Raven: What have you been up to since...you know since we last saw each other?
Cayde: *Sigh* Not much, just doing my job what about you, did you live with Tai?
She looks down trying to hide her guilt.
Raven: Yeah, but it was a relationship in name only. We just stayed together because we felt like we didn't have anywhere else to go, we didn't have sex or kissed the entire time.
Cayde: You mean since that day at Beacon?
He could tell that his words stung Raven and he felt a little guilty but he didn't show it.
Raven: Y...Yes, and when summer finally told him how she felt, we decided to part ways.
Cayde: And that was three years ago?
Raven: Yes.
Cayde: Well I'm glad he's happy.
Raven: ...
Cayde: ...
Raven: Well do you remember our time in Beacon together?
Cayde: Yeah I remember.
Raven: Me too, I think about them quite often, do you?
Cayde: Of course, they were the best three years of my life.
Raven: Mine too.
Cayde: Which made what happened so much harder.
Raven: I know, after what happened during your Wakefield mission, you became distant I was lonely and Tai was there and one thing led to another and...
Cayde: Are you using my grief as an excuse for cheating on me with my best friend!?
Raven: What, N...NO! I...I...Just...I didn't mean...!?
He gets up and walks to the window and places his hands on the table under it and faces away from her.
Cayde: This was a mistake, I think you should go.
She began to tear up.
Raven: N...No...P...Please I just.
Cayde: Just go.
Raven: *Crying* Cayde...Please just...
Cayde: Go!
With that said all that filled the room where Raven's tears as she opened a portal and left.
When she was gone he turned around to where she was standing, and a wave of emotions hit him, including, sadness, dreed, and regret.
Cayde: Raven...
With that, he falls to his knees and starts crying, while he slams his fist onto the floor in frustration.
Timeskip
Bar With No Name
Cayde enters the bar in his armor and walks to his bounty broker who was in his usual seat.
Broker: Gunney good work on the Collector Job, he spoke very highly of you.
Gunslinger: I want my next job.
Broker: Well I'm sorry but I don't have any bounties that you can take, try me next week.
Gunslinger: I want my next job, now.
Broker: Sorry but I don't have any jobs that haven't been taken.
Gunslinger: What about open bounties?
Broker: Open bounties!? You never take open bounties.
Gunslinger: Times change, so do you got any!?
Broker: Well, I have one but it already has fifteen of my best people on it, you will have some stiff competition.
Gunslinger: I'll take it.
Broker: Just like that huh? Alright.
He pulls out a tracking beacon and gives it to Cayde.
Broker: The job is to retrieve a package, we don't know where or what the package is but we do know that is somewhere in Vacuo.
Gunslinger: That doesn't narrow it down much.
Broker: Anyway that tracking beacon will guide you to the package, and if you find it before anyone else you bring it to me and I will give you further instructions.
Gunslinger: Thats it?
Broker: Thats it.
Gunslinger: What's the reward?
Broker: Eight billion Lien.
Gunslinger: For a snatch and grab job? Who posted this mission.
Broker: You know I can't tell you.
With no other information, Cayde turns on the beacon.
Beep...........................................................................................................Beep.
Broker: This job was posted a week ago if you want to catch up with the others you should hurry.
Gunslinger: I guess I should.
