We are buckled into are seats and discuss our plan Maura's parents and our guards again. Paddy has enemies who would go after any of his children because he is the godfather of the Irish mob. Paddy always keeps tabs on Maura and has even gone to all of her plays, recitals and graduations but know one knew. Paddy hears someone has almost killed his daughter. He stays locally for now but sends some of his men to look into on his behalf with the orders to bring the guilty parties back to San Francisco alive but in lots of pain. I am determined to keep my daughter alive and well I see the mother of our daughter checking in in our daughter. I wait til Hope is in the corridor to bump into her and get her attention. Dr. Hope Martin is walking with her team. I drop my cane in front of her dressed as an older gentleman, but she recognizes me. Hope excuses herself from her team giving them their directions before they go to Maura's tomorrow. HOPE picks up my cane and hands ir back to me. "Sir lets sit here until you get your strength back to walk." Hope's team leaves. "Paddy why are you here it must be bad if you are here yourself and disguised as an older man?" " I need you to meet me at this address for dinner. Come alone and everything will make sense. Hope please come." Paddy leaves and I get up and see Maura Isles girlfriend. I asked her to come with me so I could update her. We enter visiting doctor's office once it is swept for bugs. "Ms. Williams my team and I will be living with you in the meantime to make sure Maura gets better and is well enough for us not to be there. Afterwards, she will see me in my San Francisco clinic. In the meantime, I need you to let my team in your home tonight to set up your bedroom to meet her needs. I know this is an inconvenience, but we all want the same ending for her to be well.I am be informed you are a physical therapist and have your own business. We will be using your business as well instead of having all that equipment brought into your home. " " Thank you Dr. Martin, I will do whatever it takes." I leave and go see Maur. "Aye babe how you feeling today?" "Sore from this poison that was in my system the past month without me knowing. I know I only finished my first year of college in medicine but dang I feel like an idiot." "Maur don't you are learning and being poisoned the way you couldn't even happened to anyone and even a well known doctor. I have to leave in a bit to meet Dr. Martin's team to set up our bedroom differently. It will be odd having them or one of them while we sleep but so be it as long as you get better. " I kiss Maur and leave.
I arrive at O'Neill's for dinner. Paddy has it reserved only for us. " Hope thank you for coming. I know what I tell you, you will be angry and hate me. I did this to keep my loved one's safe and out of the eyes of others who would do anything to hurt, kill just to get back at me. " Paddy has our meal served with wine. "Paddy you still haven't told me why I am here. I cannot stay much longer. I have other responsibilities to tend to." " Hope our daughter is alive and well." Hope looks at me with hurt and so much anger. " Hope, our daughter is Maura Isles." Hope slaps me hard and throws her wine in my face. "I thought you should know now. She doesn't know about either of us. I just thought it was time for you to know." Hope gets up and leaves. "Follow her to make sure she is safe." I drive back to the hospital to check on Maura who is my daughter who I have grieved her death all these years. I start to whimper and Maura wakes up. " Dr. Martin are you okay?" " "Yes , I found out my daughter is not deceased but alive all this time. My daughter's father kept me from knowing to keep her and I safe." "Dr. Martin, I am so sorry. It was a mean thing to do even it was to keep you two safe."

"Thank you Maura. I am going to get going. I will see you tomorrow in your home." I called Maura when we got in to her family hotel. " Maura we arrived here safely. How you doing?" "Jane sore but will go home tomorrow with former medical team who have worked together..Dr. Martin came back to see me and was whimpering which woke me up. She said she got happy news about her daughter that she was informed by her daughter's father that her daughter hadn't died but alive. I have this weird feeling there is more to it than what she alluded to. Stay safe and don't do anything stupid. Please don't tell anyone what I said about Dr.Martin. Love you."
