91. Trial begins

We wake up early.  I make us all breakfast. We sit to eat. "Sam I want you to know even though I am still young, I am here if you want to talk,  eat junk food, go for a run or whatever call me. I will ride my bike over here when you return."  " Thanks Frankie I appreciate it, but you two better get going to set up his new items and Tommy's  dresser. I will pack our luggage and some of your camera's just un case you want to take photos babe."   Jane kisses me by and they take off to Angela's. I am helping Frankie carry the furniture to his bedroom and hang his jersey and bat frame for him. We go back to get Tommy's dresser. " You didn't forget about me."  "Tommy just because you are made at me doesn't mean I forget about you."  Jane says her goodbyes and Tommy hugs her. " I am sorry.  Please tell Samantha I hope it goes well." "Tell her the same for me." I look up its my MA.  "Thanks Tommy and MA I will."
Jane leaves and Tommy checks out the jersey and bat that he received as belated gifts.   "Wow, those are so cool." I  wasn't in the mood to talk to my mother so I took off on my bike and went to the park to play baseball.
Jane returns and our security detail aka as our body guards drive us to the airport. Maura made arrangements for us to use her jet.   We fky to Pennsylvania. I write her a note and leave it for her to read. Her jet was leaving PA airport the flying to SF international airport to get MAURA, DEB, DR.MARTIN CAITLYN AND SECURITY DETAIL.  Jane and I get to the hotel, eat lunch than take a quick shower than leave for the court house.  We arrive and reporters are pushing and the securty detail make room for us to get through. Maura hired more for us while we are in Pennsylvania.
We enter the court room and I hold Samantha's hand when we are told to rise and sit. Samantha was called first to testify.  "Ms. Hough how did you find out money was being diverted from your account?" "I woke up early to work on my balance sheet and pay some bills and than realized several huge purchases were being withdrawn from my business account. Only myself could draw on the account unless we gave written notice for someone to do it on our behalf. I contacted the bank and asked them to switch all the remaining funds in a
another  account and cancel all my bank cards to that account.  If I needed any money , I would come in person for it until I received new checks and cards.I  notified my brother Joey Hough and told him someone was using the account and to contact me by one pm or I would have the authorities to investigate and make arrests. I flew down there and Annabel refused to allow me to see my brother saying he was busy. Joey came out to find out what was going on. Joey came out to see what all the noise was about. I had two men who  security with me but were actually police officers working for the Isles foundation. Before I left I spoke with Maura to look into her accounts because we used some of the same vendors. While I was at my brothers studio which us actually one of my properties I own,  Maura Isles called me to inform me her bank had on a  recording  my brother having money withdrawn from her account.  He admitted to it and was read his Miranda rights. Annabel was arrested as well. When I  called my attorney to check on the status,  I was informed this wasn't the first time he has done this. He did this while I  was away for college. I saw my brother and it was like I didn't know my brother at all. "  Joey's attorney tried several times to have me mess my testimony but gave up when it didn't work. The judge told is the case would resume tomorrow. Christopher looked at me with disgust as well as his friend next to him. I put my head down when I walked in front of Samantha. " Samantha even though I said I did. I actually didn't.  please talk to mu attorney and he wil provide you proof I really handn't I was doing my part."

We were on my jet and I started reading Jane's note to me. 'Maura thanks for always willing to help. We have been there for the good and bad times. I know we will get through the trial and find out who wants you dead. I will kill that person if I never get ny hands on them.  I am just being honest with. Don't over do it. I hope getting to know is going well. love you Jane '
I know Jane would do bodily harm if she does get her hand on the individuals..I just need law enforcement to get them all soon. At least the trial will keep her busy for awhile.
" Jane did you hear Joey say he's innocent and he's being set up? What if he is telling the truth. Let's go see his lawyer to see if he could shed some light onto it. "  " My fiancee and I would like to meet with you in private today preferably now. "  Gene Haskell is my brother's attorney and is well known..I don't know who is paying for him has deep pockets. Mr. Haskell takes us into a room but my security checks it our first before we enter,  since they cannot be privy to what is being said. Haskell explains he is being paid my someone who knows my brother is the fall guy for the government.  He pulls out my brother's identification that states he is a FBI agent and he has been undercover for several years on money embezzlement and money laundering case.  Annabel is guilty though. She is also the wife of Patrick O' Doyles  son. Jane and I continued to.listen. He provided us with affidavits that several FBI agents back up Joey's innocence.  Jane and I looked at all the evidence and thanked him. We left with Christopher to the hotel to change for Christopher's free concert in the park.
" Jane take alot of me walking along the crowd and on stage. We work out the contract later." I knew he was good for it and this is the only time I would do it without a contract. Jane took lots of photos and the paparazzi took some of my fiancee.  It will be interesting to see what these gossip magazines have to say
about her.  We all go back to the hotel. "Babe I don't want to go to the trial tomorrow." Chubby and Christopher ask me. "What do I need or want to do?"  "I  need to talk to Maura and update her on the trial. You two stay here and do your thing. Jane I want to leave now to do it."  Christopher and Chubby hug me and wishes me well. "Chubby something is off that Sam isn't saying. We shall still go Tomorrow to the trial and see if we can talk to Joey to find out."
