VIBING WITH A MENTAL ILLNESS ;

You boarded the plane, taking out your ticket and looking around for your seat. You had taken the aisle seat because of past bad experiences next to the window.

"I told you our disguises would work!" A voice spoke from the back. Your eye twitched in annoyance. The older man sitting next to you seemed to back away from your angered self.

"Sh, Reki! He'll hear you."

"Oh, yeah. Sorry. Right. So, what should we do—"

"Getting off the plane would be a good start." You interrupted. They both snapped their heads in your direction.

"Please sit down in your assigned seats and prepare for take-off."

"This is not happening right now." You mumbled.

"Well, we wanted to come with you and we figured this would be the best way," Langa admitted and you deadpanned.

"Yeah, I can see that."

"Final call for everyone to sit down, please and thank you."

With another grumble, you walked down the aisle and back to your seat. "Relationship troubles?" The old man asked.

"Something like that."

"Yes, I need to replace my room with an adjoined room, please." You asked over the phone. It was a little over halfway to Canada and you were now allowed to use your electronics. People were also allowed to unbuckle their seatbelts and walk around but anytime Reki or Langa did so you would shoo them away,

"Alright, no problem. But we only have one extra adjoined room and they each have a singular bed. Also, with the short notice, you will have to pay about 100$ more."

"Yeah, that's no problem. I can just sleep on the couch."

"Well, then we look forward to seeing you at check-in time tomorrow!"

"Yep, thanks." You finished and ended the call with a sigh. Before you could regain your thoughts you felt the old man from before tapping you on the shoulder. You turned your head to face him and smiled weakly. "Yes?"

"They're here again." He pointed to the red and blue-haired boys that kept coming back like lost puppies.

You turned your head to face them. They both went to speak but ended up cutting each other off giving you the opportunity to talk. "We're going to a hotel in BC – Which is British Columbia. Check-in time is 11 and I bought us an adjoined room. See you in 4 hours."

You closed your eyes but they both smiled in excitement and nodded swiftly. As they went back to their seats Mr. Martin - The old man - spoke up once more.

"Whatever they've done it seems like they're very sorry." His voice wavered but not from uncertainty, just from old age. His skin was wrinkled, especially on his face. But it just meant he had smiled many smiles in his lifetime.

"They didn't do anything. I'm the one that made the mistake." You admitted and he nodded slowly. He thought to himself for a moment before talking again.

"Then, don't you think they've forgiven you already?" His question made you think. "They followed you all the way to the airport and went to all this trouble to follow you on. I will admit," He started chuckling. "Their disguises needed some work but it was a good effort."

"I guess..." You turned your head backward to see them talking amongst themselves. "But even if they forgave me already, I don't think I can forgive myself."

"It is always better to have a helping hand in your darkest times. No matter what you have done, I can guarantee that they only want you back in their lives."
