-REMI

I hear muffled music as my best friend Krysti is shaking me awake. I'm lying on my kitchen floor and my head is pounding and bright lights blind me as I try get up.

"What happened to me," I asked, my voice cracking slightly.

"You got high and mixed like 7 different types of Vodka," she replied casually.

Oh shit, I thought to myself, my dad is going to kill me. I rush everyone out of the house stumbling a little as a I run around looking for where everyone is.

"Sick party Remi," I hear a drunken guest shout at me.

I ask Krysti to help me clean once everyone is out of the house.

"Can I sleep over at yours tonight I don't want to see Mykel today," I tell her. She gives me a reassuring look on her face.

"Sure, I'll finish tidying up you go clean yourself up,"

I run upstairs to my bathroom and lock myself in. I sit onto the toilet and bury my head into my hands. I lost track of time as I cried at the thought of my dad seeing the mess I've made. He won't let me get away easy. I call my big brother.

"I fucked up dude," I cried.

-IVORY

I'm in my room alone dancing to my favorite song as I tidy up my room. I'm almost ready for bed when I hear my mom call me down.

"What's up mom, you called me?" I said running down, almost not noticing a man who I don't know in the house. "Uhm mom, who's this?"

"Ivory meet Gary, Gary meet Ivory, I met him on my night out and he was very charming," she explained with a proud smile on her face.

"Mom are you drunk? You just brought a random man home, how do you know his name is even Gary," I exclaimed, clearly pissed.

My mom has a habit of bringing home random men who always end up leaving her after a week. Then she sobs for a few weeks straight and then just repeats the cycle. Ive tried telling her to stop but next thing I know she comes home with a new guy anyways.

My mom gives me a disappointed face.

"Hey Gary, nice to meet you," I said with a fake smile. I pulled my mom to the side. "Kick him out now," I told her sternly and ran upstairs.

I continued tidying up and decided to read my book for a bit before sleeping. What was my mom thinking brining him home? A few minutes had passed and I heard a knock on my bedroom door.

"Come in mom,"

Gary opens the door and starts walking towards me.

"Um, I'm sorry, I thought you were my mom," I say, my voice trembled in embarrassment.

"You're a pretty young lady aren't you," he smirks. He puts his hand on my shoulder and pins me down.

"MOOOMMM"
