Lucy:

Knives. Those words were like a million knives that stabbed my heart. And no matter if I take them out, they'll still leave scares.

All those memories I had with my best friend, my sister, were everything I have left. We'll never have another pajama party. We'll never have one last movie night. We'll never see eachother again.

All of the moments we shared flashed in my head. The first time we met in the second grade, when I corrupted her into a Directioner, how happy I was for her when she got the scolarship, when I found out she started dating Harry, how we cried when they got sepparated...

-Lucy,- I didn't even realise I fell on the floor. -are you okay?- My best friend is dead. Ofcourse I'm not okay. I wanted to scream. I wanted to scream so hard to wake them both from the death. But it was no use.

-Niall.- I cried into his shoulder. I found comfort in his warm arms.

-I know, I know how you feel.- he lost his brother. Harry and him have known eachother for two years. But, what will happen to One Direction now? They've always been those five boys from the stairs, and now there's four of them left.

-What happens now?-

-We accept the fact that they're gone... We mourn.- his voice faded. -Then we move on.- his head fell on mine. The weight of the world was on our backs. And even in that rush of the big city, we flet alone.

-I can't believe that, that- my heart filled with pain. -they're never coming back.- I was left with no air and no words. Just an empty space.

-Come on.- he stood up from the tear-stained carpet. -Staying here won't change anything.-  I took his hand and we entered the world alone.

The flashing lights from the dozends of cameras lined down the entire drive-way blinded me. I would've slipped on the snow if I wasn't holding Niall's hand.

-What happened?- on of the paparazzi jumped on us, snapping a picture of Niall.

-Was Harry on that plane?- the other one showed up behind my back, streaching his voicerecorder under my nose. We were surrounded from all sides. Nowehere to escape. Nowhere to run. Nowhere to hide.

-What the f**k is wrong with you?!!- he grabbed a camera and threw it on the floor. -Can't you just leave us alone for once?- In a flash he took my hand and ran to the car, slamming the doors.

I looked at all of those people in front of their house trough the windshield. Some happy because they have a story to sell. Some completely broken because their idol is gone. Different reactions, same story.

Niall pulled over by the street a few miles after Sarry's house vanished from our sight. His hands were shaking and cold sweat was coming down his back.

-I don't know what to do!!!- he hit the steering wheel in rage mixed with sorrow. -I can't do this!- tears stumbled down his face. -I can't...- he gasped. I didn't know what to do. He didn't know what to do. Maybe this is just how our lives will look like from now on? Fighting with cameras, avoiding people, trying not to break down.

-Niall...- he didn't move. -Niall,- he opened his right eye. -we'll get trough this.- I took his hand.

-Together.- I swallowed a lump. -Yeah, maybe daily life will be a challenge, but the most important thing is that we have eachother.- he grinned, but a second later gloominess fell upon his sea blue eyes. I wiped his face with my palms before kissing him. I could feel his heartbeat getting faster under my fingertips. The circumstances were definitley bad, but just in that little shed of second I felt warmth inside me again. He combed trough my hair with his fingers, putting a tress behind my ear.

-It gets better, right? That emptiness inside you?- the words trembled from my mouth.

-I hope so. Because if it doesn't, I don't know will I be able to stand the pain.- I leaned on him. My eyes looked at the dark sky in front of us. No stars. Just a big moon shining over the snow. Somewhere a sky like this is covering what's left of them. Somewhere two souls were lost... Somewhere they'll find eachother again. I was sure of that. Even beyond the grave, Harry and Sara's love will live on.
