-I heard you last night.- Jeremy was grinning and carving a twig. -What were you exactly doing? Making animal noises?- I felt like a hot cettle on a cold night.

-I see they were good, since you know, you are an animal. And you could recodnise them.- I sighed. -What breed of pig are you again?-

-Do you make those things up yourself of is there a book?-

-Were you born stupid or did you fall on your head as a baby?- he stopped. I was never actually good at squabbling, but with him, it's like talking to Dora The Explorer.

-Mommy,- Alexander pulled Gabriella's ripped blue dress. -why are Sara and Jeremy fighting?- she smiled.

-Well, baby,-

-It's because Sara's not a good person. She's mean.- he nodded after cutting her off.

-And he's a liar.- I continued. In that moment Tyler ran to us, pulling another part of the plane along the sand.

-What is it?- Gabriella asked with a worried look on her face.

-Just wreckage.- he turned around. -Though I did find this...-  he took out a black leather bag that was destroyed beyond recognition. -Anyone has a clue what could it be?-

-I know.- I panted. -It's his overnight bag.- I took it out of his hands.

-Who's?- Jeremy asked. -That Harry guy's?- Gabriella hushed him. I started digging trough the bag. I found his broken phone, sunglasses which he dropped down the toilet twice, his paper plane neckleace and an old ring. I remembered him telling me about his great-great-grnadmother's old wedding ring that got lost over a hundred years ago. I wiped the salt with my fingers and uncovered a turquoise on a silver pedestial. The story behind it goes that whoever finds it will be blessed with a lifetime of hapiness and love. He said that if he ever finds it he'd give it to me. That was the night when he told me he'll never leave me for the first time.

-He was going to give it to me.- I gasped.

-What is it?- Tyler asked. I quickly put the neckleace around my neck and got up, repressing the tsunamies of tears and sadness about to wash over me.

-Nothing.- I wasn't very convincing. -Really, it's nothing.- but it wasn't nothing. It was everything. It was the only touchable evidence that he was ever alive except the fading memory in my head. And it was getting thinner and thinner every day.

-Like I said,- Jeremy snickered. -douche.- he tried to cover up that word with a cough.

-Why?- Gabriella smacked him on the head blabbering something French. -Seriously, what's wrong with you?- she hit him again. This time, on the shoulder.

-That's what everyone wonders...- I giggled.

-I'm just saying... Designer bag and glasses, expensive jewlery, high-tech phone... Douche!!!- he screamed before Gabriella covered Alexander's ears. I rolled my eyes.

-If he's a douche, then what are you?- I walked out of there and went to the beach with his bag in my hand. That was the only place where I felt safe, lost in the sand and sea. I was pretty sure that we were somehwere close to Spain and Portugal because it wasn't that cold. If we were in Britain we'd be long dead by now.

I watched the horizon swallow the Sun.

-Another long night.- I whispered when the darkness finally covered the sky.
