Raising my hand to the door, I couldn't believe that I had ended back up to the one place that I had promised myself I wouldn't return to. Things between Caleb and I had been distant for a few days now, he was still upset with me over the other night. I understood why that was, but it still felt like a slap in the face waking up to a cold side of the bed and Caleb nowhere in sight. I had tried talking to him, but I think he knew that something was up. Something more serious.
"Oh..." Brian sighed after opening the door. He was dressed in just his shirt and underwear. "...it's you."
"A nice welcome as always." I retorted. "Are you free to talk now?"
"Er," Brian hesitated, peering back inside his apartment. "Sure."
He stood back and let me inside. "Is this going to be quick, Sal?"
"Why?" I questioned, looking at him. "Got plans to do stuff or something?"
"More like do someone." Brian corrected.
"Seriously?" I grimaced.
"What?" He shrugged. "You have Caleb, why can't I have a fuck buddy too?"
"I am the fuck buddy, Brian." I groaned, running a hand through my hair. "You know the situation I'm in right now."
"Yeah." Brian nodded. "You get to fuck two great guys while both of our feelings aren't considered in the slightest."
"It's not that simple—" I frowned, letting my gaze fall onto his. "You consider yourself a great guy?"
"Yeah, why not?" Brian shot back with a careless shrug. "I've been faithful enough to you. I took care of you, even now when you're not even mine."
Just as Brian's sentence ended, the same girl from the movie theatre the other day sauntered through the hall and into the kitchen from the direction of the bedroom, dressed in just her laced underwear and one of Brian's button ups hanging from her shoulders.
I shot him a look. "Faithful, you say?"
"You're one to talk, Sal." Brian hissed.
"I didn't realise that you had company," The girl startled, after entering through the doorway. Though I was quick to notice that she didn't move to cover herself.
"I didn't either," Brian spat in my direction.
She turned her attention onto him and smiled flirtatiously. Her finger tangled up in one of the loose tendrils of hair as she twirled the curl absent-mindedly. "When are you coming back to bed, Babe?"
"Soon, Princess." Brian promised. "Dessert can wait."
"Oh you," She giggled. Brian licked his lips as he watched the girl walk away, his eyes clearly glancing down at her ass.
"Earth to Brian," I clicked my fingers in his face to knock him out of his daze. "Focus on the problem here."
"What's the problem?" He grouched. "You have Caleb and I have...you know, her."
"You don't even remember her name, do you?" I accused, rolling my eyes.
"Hey," Brian shrugged his shoulders. "How can I when she has the body of a fucking angel?"
He hesitated. "You know, the offer is there of a threesome, if you wanna..."
"No." I denied, contemplating for a second before shaking my head in confirmation. "Not happening."
"C'mon," Brian coaxed, taking a step closer and allowing his hands to touch at my waist. "Imagine it. The three of us, all hot and sweaty. Screaming endlessly and coming so many times that we lose count."
