It had been 5 terrible days since I had an encounter with death.  I thought I missed a lot.  Walking in the wide hallways of VOX  sent creeps to my spine.  Quiet and mystifying.  The statue of gargoyles along the hallway made me imagine that I was still indeed in hell working with the worst boss I had.  Thinking of him drove myself up to the  wall.  At last, I reached the gate of heaven.  An angel awaited for me to come by.  The perfect, great smile of Kaleb greeted me as I made my way inside the floor.

“Good morning, Kamri.  I’m glad you’re back.  I miss you a lot.”  He gave me a hug and a kiss on a cheek.

“Thank you Kaleb.  What did I miss in here?” I asked giving him a super curious look.

“Not much but everybody are so excited for the holidays.  Look, Joe has been starting to hang some Christmas decorations.  I’m pretty excited as well.”  He stated as he waved his arms up in the air.

“Yeah, the holidays!” I added shaking my body to the beat of my song.

“Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock
Jingle bells swing and jingle bells ring
Snowing and blowing up bushels of fun
Now the jingle hop has begun

Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock
Jingle bells chime in jingle bell time
Dancing and prancing in Jingle Bell Square
In the frosty air.

What a bright time, it's the right time
To rock the night away”

“Hahahahahahhaha….. Anyway, I gotta go Kaleb.  Catch you later.” I said farewell to him but he suddenly grabbed my hand and pulled me  closer to him.  He slowly whispered in to my ears.

“Kamri, thank you so much for introducing Alyssa to me.” He whispered.

“Whaaaaaaaaaaat? Oh.. oh..Omg… ! It’s no………..thing! My pleasure!”  I pushed him back.  He was sort of ridiculous.  I was thinking he would do something unexpectedly romantic to me but whew, luckily it was not what I imagined.  That was close.

I went straight ahead to Blake’s office and of course, who did I miss the most? Guessed who?
Janice!  I waved at her and gave her a bright smile but she just snubbed me.  Nothing had ever changed between me and her.  I pushed the glass door of Blake’s office and went directly to my place.  I placed my backpack on my table.  I took a deep breath.

“It’s a brand new day and a new life for me.  I just have to show them especially Blake that he can never step on my limit and if he does, I will hit him like a hurricane. “  I stretched my arms as wide as possible.  I felt brand new after taking a full rest.  Whew.

I started to arrange the things I had to comply today.  Wow.  So many things to catch up.  Any time from now, the monster would appear and I didn’t know how to deal with him anymore.

“All set! I’m now ready to rock this day.”  I inhaled deeply and thinking that everything would follow the way I planned.  I crossed my fingers while my eyes were closed.  I turned my body and all of sudden, I bumped into a hard, stiff wall.  I smelled a musky scent slash fresh from the shower scent.  I kept my eyes closed and ran my hand on to it.  A deep sharp british accent woke me up from this insane perverty action.

“What are you doing Ackles?” Blake was standing in front of me.  I opened my eyes widely and I needed to start my game plan.

“Don’t you miss me, Mr. Blake D-A-V-I-S? “ I asked.

His eyebrows arched and he frowned.  As usual, he ignored my query and he just went on to his daily tasks.

“Mr. Davis, would you like me to have your 80 degrees celcius coffee latte delivered?” I asked again.  I wanted to piss him off as early as possible.
