I sat on the dock of a lake, taking in the sweet serenity of the spring day. I heard footsteps behind me and somebody sat beside me, dangling their feet in the water. I glanced over to see the cutest newsboy in the history of existence: (Y/n) (L/n). I immediately blushed and focused my eyes on the water below. Ripples appeared in the water as a smooth, gray pebble skipped across the smooth surface of the lake. It bounced 14 times before sinking. I was surprised at the ability (Y/n) had in skipping stones.
"Care to try?" He asked, offering me a stone. I took it, trying to ignore the rush of joy when our fingers touched. My rock skipped 3 times before sinking. (Y/n) grinned at me, "It's all in the wrist, see?" He told me. He demonstrated again, skipping it 12 times.
"Yeah, i-its just hard for me to focus," I explained.
"Do I make you uncomfortable?" (Y/n) asked, worry creasing his brow.
"No!" I quickly replied, "Not at all." (Y/n) raised his eyebrow. "I-i mean, uh, I just- er, well, uh, -No you don't. It's just hard to concentrate when you're sitting next to your crush," I mumbled the last part, hoping he wouldn't hear me.
"I'm your crush?" (Y/n) asked. Shit, he heard me. My face was as red as my hair.
"Yeah," I said quietly. I turned to face him and immediately felt his lips on mine. My eyes widened in shock and I deepened the kiss. Eventually, I pulled away. "What...was...that?" I asked.
"A kiss," he said, matter-of-factly. "The best kiss I've ever had." I blinked a few times, trying to register what happened. "Albert Sky DaSilva," (Y/n) began, "Will you give me the honour of being your boyfriend?" He heard into my eyes.
"Yes!" I practically shouted. Our lips collided a second time.
"You have no idea how long I have waited to ask you that," he grinned, "A very long time." I smiled at my boyfriend. I can't believe that just happened!~Guess who's back? Back again? It's moi!! Sorry for disappearing off the face of the planet! Love you all! ~Mystery♡
