september 17th 2014- no pov

"happy to announce we are going to court against syco, simon and modest"

the news went wild- along with the fandom when those words were said. twitter, instagram, facebook- anything, you name it. they all got shut down because of it.

the whole month of september was nothing but tears and anxiety attacks. but here they are. all in suits and ties- dressed for the very nerve racking next few months. or however long this trial will take.

all five boys stood by a long table, adam and christine beside them. cassandra, michael, luke, calum, ashton and all their families were behind them.

little mix would be coming in for the next court date as they were still figuring out things to say.

the deakin twins were also there, but were by the doors with dan incase the started crying.

news broadcasters were in the room, fans outside the  building. cameras in their faces. louis' hand was behind harrys back rubbing soft circles into it.

they boys had split up into different dates:

the first date (today) would be harry. the second would be louis. third would be both harry and louis. fourth would be liam and zayn. fifth would be niall and the last would be all five boys.

niall kept looking back at cass for comfort. as for
liam and zayn they just held hands- resting each others heads on one another.

on the other side of the room sat simon and some other big people at modest. a lot of the staff from syco and modest sat behind them as well.

adam and christine her placing their binders and notepads in place as they patiently waited for the judge to come it.

which clearly didnt take long as they were all told to stand before the judge. the trial commenced soon.

judge stevens his name is. hes an average height man, tan skin, mid forties- but he was pretty fit.

" boyband 'one direction' members: harry styles, liam payne, zayn malik, louis tomlinson and niall horan. along side - laywers adam smith and christine jenkins" the judge started "this trial you requested for is because you boys were being extremely mistreated is this correct?"

louis rose his hand, judge given him permission to talk "its not just about us, its every single artist under simon cowells management"

"thank you mr tomlinson, misses jekins and mr smith. you may start"

and so they did. they explained everything. from how the boys went on xfactor to now. the boys journey and they threw in some "did mr cowell know these five boys are suffering? yes. he did absolutely nothing to help"
