Chapter 18

Mikasa PoV

"You're Amazing"I said and I totally meant it,he could fly!He was so gifted.I am glad that I have him as my friend.

I wanted to ask him a ton of questions about how he could do that and all,but I didn't want to bother him or make him feel uncomfortable.

Narrator PoV

When Eren,heard Mikasa's compliment and saw her smiling,he felt relieved and delighted.

Timeskip:Last Day of Summer Vacation

After their little trip,Mikasa and Eren didn't really go anywhere or hangout all long the vacation.

Mikasa had ample of questions for him,but she decided to put it at the back of her head.She didn't want to dig too much into Eren and invade his private space or anything.She didn't want him to feel uncomfortable or annoyed with her.She wanted to be his friend afterall.

Tomorrow was the day,they were going back to school.

Mikasa had mixed feelings about it.School had ceased to be exciting for her from after chapter 6.

But she was still eager to meet her friends though.She hadn't heard from anyone over the vacation.

But she had a bigger 'concern'.The memory of Eren talking to Emma and the memory of Eren holding her at the mountain was stuck in her mind.

What now?

She thought.

She was growing kind of annoyed and frustrated,because Eren 'wasn't making a move on her'.

But it's not as if I like him and want him to or anything,but if he does then I think I can play along if it's him.

Yeah that's it!Nothing more!

But the problem is Eren isn't doing anything!

She thought.

Timeskip:Next day(At school)

Mikasa PoV

I was sitting beside Eren,then the door opened abruptly and Ms.Hange walked in,but she didn't close the door as usual.

"Good Morning Students!"She beamed with enthusiasm,but this time it felt a little different from usual,it felt fake,and the grin on her face felt forced.

She stared towards my desk... no actually towards Eren for a bit and then proceeded.

"Today we have some new students"She said

"Please come in"she continued looking towards the door.

Then three students walked in.All of them were quite different from each other.

One of them was a female with pale blond hair tied into a bun,and light blue eyes.She had a cold expression on her face,so she didn't seem much friendly.

The other too were rather similar.Their eyes particularly.The male had Light grey hair and light gray eyes,but his eyes seemed to have a weird sparkle in them.But even after that his presence felt sinister.

The female just beside him had black hair and blue eyes.But her eyes had the same sparkle as his.There was something odd about these two and I could feel too.

I looked towards Eren through the corner of my eye,he was staring at the newcomers but why?

The introductions began.

I got to know that the blonde one is Annie Leonhardt.

The other two were apparently brother and sister
Uri Reiss and Frieda Reiss.
