Chapter 17

Mikasa PoV

"Mikasa"He said and I remained silent,my eyes still glued to his abdomen.

"Mikasa?"He said once again and I quickly stopped looking where I was looking previously and made eye-contact with him.

"Are you alright?"He asked.

"Huh?"

Why is he worried about me??He was the one who passed out.

"Why are you worried about me?You are the one who passed out?Are you alright?"I questioned him.

"Yeah,I was just a bit tired."He replied.

"How are you now?"I asked him

"Well,a lot better you can say,as compared to before atleast."He said

"Also..If you don't...mind me asking....Why are you...Shirtless?"I asked nervously.

"Oh this,actually my shirt was drenched with sweat,ane was also kind of dirty so I threw it"He said

"Oh"

Then I realised what he had said.

"You threw it?"I asked in a confused tone.

"Yeah,but don't worry I have another one in my bag"He replied.

"Oh"

I was worried that if he didn't have a shirt then I would've been distracted all day.

Then I remembered an important question I wanted to ask him.I wasn't sure if I should ask it right now,but at the end I decided to ask him about it because I was too confused about what happened before.

"Eren"

"Hm?"

"How did you do it?"I asked

Eren tensed up a bit,but then replied.

"What?"He replied

"Don't play dumb with me Eren,I am asking about what happened earlier when I fell off,I am pretty sure it wasn't just a dream"I said with a hint of annoyance in my voice.

"Probably an adrenaline rush or something you know..."He said nervously

I just sighed and gave him a "seriously?" look.

He appeared to be nervous.But then he just sighed.

"Follow me"He said

"Huh?"I exclaimed a little surprised.

"Follow me"He said once again began descending the mountain.

I had no choice,but to follow him,so I walked behind him.

Eren PoV

I still don't think that this is a good choice,but what else can I do...

Mikasa PoV

We walked for a bit,and when we a little away from our tents,Eren stopped walking and then turned back.

"Move a little back"He said

I was again surprised but I did as he said.

Then he took his hand near his mouth and to my surprise he bit his thumb.

Then suddenly there was a bright flash in front of my that appeared like a thunderbolt,because I was pretty sure it came from above.

Then I glanced towards Eren.He was standing there,his green eyes shining a bit and there was a green aura around him.But that was only for some seconds

Gradually the green aura around him faded away as did the lustre in his eyes and he returned to as he was a couple of minutes ago.

Narrator PoV

Mikasa was very perplexed and confused about what just happened so she decided to ask him,but suddenly he disappeared.

Then she felt two strong arms wrap around ber waist and  she felt  Eren's presence behind her,just behind her,his body sticking too close to her.

It immediately gave her butterflies and she got flustered,her cheeks tainted with the colour pink and she started inwardly panicking.

Wait am I gonna lose my virginity at a fucking mountain!?!No way!

She thought.

"E-ereh!(yep this is intentional)W-we c-can d-do this once we g-get b-ba-"She tried to say,but she was cut off by Eren.

"Shh.Don't worry"He whispered,his deep voice sending chills down her spine.

She shut her eyes tight partly afraid of what was to come.

But then suddenly she began feeling a lot lighter,she started feeling as if she was being lifted.

She opened her eyes to see what was going on and she was completely astonished.

Her eyes widened as she moving away from the ground,Eren still being behind her with his arms tightly wrapped around her waist.

She was surprised at what was happening.

I am in the air...

I am not falling...

I...I am Flying!

She thought in her head.

They kept going higher until they reached a certain height and then they were there floating in mid-air.

Mikasa gazed upon the ground they had just taken of with utmost surprise and wonder.She moved her eyes a little farther and she saw the are where they were camping.She gazed at the beautiful scenery she was watching,a smile crept on her face.She could not help but feel delighted,she was flying afterall,that's not something that you do daily,but also because of the scene she was currently viewing,it was easily the most mesmering thing she had ever seen.The trees bathed in the gentle moonlight,some of which was falling upon her face.It was a clear night which made it much more better.

She then turned around to meet Eren's face which had a small frown plastered upon it.There faces were inches apart,but she was was too dazed to feel flustered.

Why is he frowning?

Why is he not happy?

She was thinking about all of this.On the other hand Eren was worried about what Mikasa would think about him after this.

Would she be afraid?

Would she be creeped out?

But then suddenly Eren felt a sharp pain through his body.

He then began descending along with Mikasa.Mikasa was again surprised at their sudden descend.But she did not say anything.

Soon they reached the ground and Eren unwrapped his hands around Mikasa and fell on his knees.

Mikasa turned to him and bent down putting her hand on his back.

He was exhausted,but this time not enough to make him pass out.

"S-so?"He said and Mikasa raised an eyebrow confused about what he was saying.

"What do you think about me now?"He continued.

Mikasa thought for awhile,making Eren even more nervous and afraid of her answer.

But when she spoke it brought a great sense of relief to him.

"You're Amazing"She said with a smile.

But then Mikasa realised something

He was still shirtless.
