The Unexpected (Ranboo x Reader)

Sunday Stress pt.2

We pull up to the restaurant. It's a massive building with gorgeous pillars and intricate design. We get out of the car and walk up to the building. I cannot believe that I'm standing outside of this place. There is no way by myself I would ever have enough money to go here. How rich is Ranboos family?! It seems I was caught with my mouth open in wonder at this gorgeous place that Ranboo walks in front of me and closes it. His was still holding my chin, I look up to him now pink rising to my face. He realizes what situation we are in and let's go of my face and looks away. A smile rises to my face. God he's cute when he's flustered.

"Here Y/N let's go."

He holds out his arm for me to interlock mine with and all of us walk up to the door. His parents talk to the person seating us and we walk over to the table. Ranboo unlocks his arm and pulls out the chair for me to sit in. I take my seat and he pushes me in. This man is making it hard not to like him. As we all take our seat his father speaks up.

"Y/N I'm so glad you decided to come with us today! I'm also glad that Ranboo made a new friend! It's kind of cool that it so happens that you also live where we are going on a business trip!"

I smile a bit at him.

"I'm am also glad that I could come with you today. I kind of feel bad because this place is so fancy I don't want to be a burden. But on another note yes Ranboo is a great guy I'm glad to be his friend!"

I glance over to him when I say the last part and he had a small tint of pink on his face. He smiles though none the less. Then his mom responds.

"No no this isn't that expensive and you're not a burden at all. Also Ranboo has talked about you a lot since his trip to his convention. You seemed like a great boy so I had no problem inviting you out today!"

I give them a small smile. Dang they are the nicest people. In the middle of our conversation the waiter comes over to take our orders. Everything is so expensive. I get a little anxious looking at the menu and glance over to Ranboo. He also looks anxious and we decided to get the same thing. The waiter comes back with our food, we eat, have some more conversations, and then leave. We talked tonight mainly on what me and Ranboo would possibly do this week. As we were walking back to the car Ranboo opened my door again for me to get in. This night was honestly great. I wonder if his parents would let him hangout with me for a bit longer. We ended up driving back to my house and Ranboo got out to open my door. I get out and Ranboo turns to his parents. He must have read my mind earlier.

"Hey mom and dad is it alright if I hangout with Y/N a little longer?"

He looks to me and I get a little confused.

"Would it be alright if you drive me home after?"

I nod my head a bit and we both look to his parents for an answer. His parents then look to each other for reassurance and his mom responds.

"I don't see why not if you're okay with dropping Ranboo off at the hotel later."

I give her a slight nod as they say goodnight to me and start to pull out of the driveway. Then me and Ranboo head inside of my apartment.

"You're lucky I cleaned for like 3 hours today!"

He lets out a light chuckle and he goes to sit back down at my set up. I get in my comfy clothes and sit down on my bed. He turns to me in my chair and smiles.

"Y/N I'm really glad that you came to eat with us today. I know that my parents like you a lot. They never talk that much to my other friends."

I give him a small smile and look to my hands. I'm glad that his parents liked me. I didn't want to make a bad impression especially since he is to stay for a week. I look up and he is already playing games on my computer. I chuckle a bit and go to stand behind him. He was playing Minecraft on a server that I recognized. It was a server that Lane and I made 3 years ago. God it was so embarrassing. I reached over his shoulders basically wrapping him in a hug from behind. And grabbed the mouse quickly clicking out of the server. The moment was silent and still after I did that. I was now just hugging him. I let go quickly and pink arose to my face. He turned around and he was sitting in front of me now in my gaming chair. He also had pink on his face. We stare into each others eyes for what seemed like forever. Then Ranboo stands up from my chair and towers over me never leaving eye contact. He grabs my hand. I look down and the pink on my face gets darker,and he does the same. I look back up to him trying to break the silence.

"Hey..."

He looks me in the eyes again continuing to hold my hand.

"Hi... I just gotta say this ... you're gorgeous..."

My eyes widen and he notices and chuckles a little. I look down and speak in a soft tone.

"Thanks..."

He moves his hand from mine now to my chin and lifts my head up to look at him. My eyes still wide I look up to him.

"I- I- wha- what are you doing there..."

He smiles again.

"Just looking at a pretty face. I want to saver the moment."

I try to avert my eyes but he begins to move his face closer inspecting every inch of me. His eyes land on my lips.

"Y/N... I gotta question."

His eyes move back up to mine.

"Yeh, what's the question..."

He is at this point staring me in the soul with the kindest eyes.

"Can I kiss you?"

I gaze to his lips and back up to his eyes waiting a second to let my mind process what is happening. I nod a little bit muttering a yes and he leans in closing the distance. His lips are so soft on mine. Butterfly's begin to rise in my stomach as I'm sharing this moment with him. I feel so safe with him. When the moment ends, his hand is on my cheek gazing into my eyes. I give him a small smile.

"I-.. i- really liked that.."

He snorted and gives me the brightest smile.

"I also enjoyed that."

We keep looking at each other until a ringing comes from Ranboos phone. I get a little sad as this tender moment ends. He grabs his phone out of his pocket and answers the call. It's his parents asking for him to come back to the hotel. It has apparently been 2 hours and it was now 11pm. I grab my keys and after Ranboo ends his call we get in my car and go. We pull up to his hotel and get out with him to watch as he walks to the door. Before he does though he walks over to me. I give him a hug and he quickly kisses me. I blush a little bit and hug him again.

"Goodnight Ranboo..."

He smiles at me and starts to walk to the door.

"Goodnight Y/N"

He walks inside the hotel, I get back in my car and pull out of the parking lot. My drive home was bliss. I can't believe he kissed me TWICE. I'm dumb smiling the whole way home and as soon as I get into my apartment I fall asleep thinking about how this entire day went perfect. God he's perfect.
