Lily's POV
"What are you going to wear today?" Jack asked as I walked over to my suitcase to find an outfit.
"Im not sure yet, maybe some shorts and a t-shirt? Why?" I replied digging through my suitcase. It was pretty warm out today so i didn't want to wear jeans.
"I think you should wear my T-shirt, it looks way better on you than it does on me anyways!" Jack said, walking towards me and wrapping his arms round my waist.
We just stayed hugging for a while. I felt so safe in Jack's arms. I just wished we didn't have to hide it from everyone. I pulled away from our hug and grabbed the clothes I was going to wear today.
I decided on Jack's dark grey t-shirt, my light blue denim jeans shorts that stopped mid-thigh and my vans. I headed to the bathroom to take a quick shower and change into my clothes. Jack's T-shirt was like a dress on my so I tied it in a knot on the side. I braided my hair so it would be out of the way and so I wouldn't really have to do much to my hair tomorrow.
I applied a small amount of makeup and walked back into Jack's room to see him fully ready to go.
"See, you look better in my shirts than I do!' He said looking me up and down. I smiled and looked at what he was wearing. I cant lie, we were pretty much matching. He was wearing a grey t-shirt, blue denim shorts that stopped above his knee and vans too.
"Shall we go downstairs to get some breakfast? Before we have to leave soon?" I just nodded my head and followed Jack downstairs to where the rest of his family were.
"Are you two really going out matching?" Sydnie said as we entered the kitchen.
"We didn't even plan for this to happen!" I laughed as I sat down next to Isla.
We all ate our breakfast and had a conversation while we did so. I offered to help Kristin wash the dishes after we had eaten but she said she didn't need any help so Jack and I went upstairs to get everything we'd need for the day.
I made sure I took my camera too.
The fair was around an hour away from Jack's parents house so we arrived around midday. As there was too many of us, Jack, Isla and I all took one car and everyone else was in the other car.
We spent the whole journey singing to the radio and songs that we decided we wanted to listen too. It was probably one of the most fun journeys I've ever been on.
When we arrived, we met up with everyone else and made our way to get our tickets. It wasn't as busy as I thought it would be, however there was still a lot of people here.
"Jack! Quick! Lets go on the ride over there!" Isla shouted as we entered the park. She grabbed Jack's hand and pulled him to the ride. We all followed behind as they ran towards the entrance for the queue.
Ava and Sydnie also got in the queue behind them as I waited with Jack's parents for them to come back.
About 15 minutes later they all came bouncing down the path with the biggest smiles on their faces. They definitely enjoyed that ride!
"Hey, how come you never came on the ride?" Jack asked as he came over and gave me a hug.
"I don't really like rides." I said as I played with my camera that wasn't even on.
"Oh, we don't have to go on any! I'll just wait with you!" He replied.
"No Jack! You haven't seen your sisters for so long and they wanna spend time with you! I don't mind waiting because then I can get some photos!" I argued back. He wasn't going to win this.
We walked round the park for while until we decide to go on the Ferris wheel. It was only 6 in each cart so Jack and I went in a cart on our own. I was okay with going on Ferris wheels. I always liked looking at the view when it got to the top.
The ride started and we slowly got higher and higher. The view at the top was insane. You could see for miles and miles.
"Wow! Look at how pretty that view is!" I said as I grabbed my camera to take some photos.
"Not as pretty as my view!" He said looking at me.
"Didn't you say that when we were in Paris?" I chuckled.
"Don't ruin the moment!" He laughed as he pulled me closer to him. We stayed in silence just looking at each other for a while until the ride stopped to let more people on.
Jack leaned in and so did I and soon enough we were kissing. He pulled away and smiled.
"I am so in love with you." He said causing me to blush extremely hard. I could feel the pink rising in my cheeks.
The ride finished and we all got off.
"I don't feel so good." Isla said as the rest of the group came over to join us.
"Sweetie, are you okay? You don't look very well!" I replied. She just shook her head.
"I'm gonna be sick!" She shouted. And sure enough, she was.
"I think that's our queue to go home! We've been here for a while now and Isla clearly needs to go home and rest!" Kristin said as she comforted Isla.
Jack carried Isla back to the car as she was too tired and unwell to walk. Ava and Isla swapped so that Kristin could keep an eye on Isla on the way home to make sure she didn't throw up again. Which gave me a chance to get to know Ava a bit better...
