Lily's POV
We managed to get out of the hotel without anyone seeing us and made our way to the Eiffel tower. It was about a ten minute walk from our hotel. It was stunning. As it was dark, the lights were lit and were shining brightly. I took so many photos that I couldn't wait to edit! The lights from the tower reflected onto the river that was gently moving.
"Its beautiful. I'd love to live here one day." I state in awe, taking in my surroundings.
"Not as beautiful as you..." Jack says. I turn round and look at him. Thankfully, it was dark so he couldn't see how hard I was blushing.
"Jack... You know we can't be together, not for a while anyway." I sigh. "I know, but who says we cant flirt?" Jack says with a smirk then winking.
We stand and just looking at the city for a while before the silence is broken by Jack. "Lily," Jack says, snapping me out of my thoughts. "Yes, Jack?" I reply.
"I really like you." He says. "Jack, I like you too, but you know nothing can happen between us." I reply looking down at my hands that was playing with my ring.
"Why not? We can be together but we'll keep it a secret. We can just act like friends when we're round the boys and David, but when we're alone we can be a couple. When we go back to Pennsylvania for breaks, only our family will see and they wont have a problem with it. I really think we can make this work. I really want to be with you Lily." Jack explains. I sigh. Oh god, this boy... I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.
"Jack, we can give it a go-" I start but I cant finish because Jack has pulled me into the tightest hug in the world. "Thank you. I promise you no one will find out." Jack pulled away from the hug but still had his hands on my waist as my arms laid round his neck. We stared into each others eyes with our forehead touching. Jack slowly leaned in and I felt his lips on mine. I kissed back as sparks exploded in my stomach. Jack broke the kiss and we smiled at each other as I bit my lip nervously but that was soon broken when a tall figure blocked the light.
"Jack? Lily? What are you doing?"
"Jonah?" Jack said.
"Obviously, but what are you guys doing? Everyone think's you're asleep!" Jonah asked. I grabbed Jacks hand and hid it behind my back and gently squeezed it out of nerves so I didn't scratch my arm as it was still quite painful from the other day when I was nervous. I felt like I was going to have a panic attack again. I knew this was a bad idea. We've already been caught!
"Jonah, you cant tell anyone." I said.
"Why not? You guys are cute!" Jonah said and I blushed but I soon remembered if Jonah told someone, I'd lose my job.
"Jonah, please, You cant tell anyone! I'll lose my job. David said I could never be in a relationship with one of you so please keep this a secret, for a while at least." I explain.
"Fine, but how are you going to get away with this?" He asks with a chuckle.
"We'll just act like friends when we're round everyone else." Jack says.
"Jonah, why are you out at midnight anyways?" I ask.
"I wanted to explore the city before we leave tomorrow but I didn't want to get attacked by fans. Anyway, we should probably start heading back to the hotel before someone realizes we aren't there." He says.
"But Jo, promise you wont say anything though?" Jack says.
"Of course I wont guys, you can trust me. I want this to work out for you!" Jonah replied.
