Lily's POV

I had an hour to get ready for my date with Jack. I had no idea where we were going or what we were doing but I knew I had to wear something comfy.

I jumped in Jack's shower quickly and washed and shaved before getting back out. Jack was getting ready in the bathroom but im guessing he had been planning this as he said he already had his outfit ready and waiting in Ava's room.

Jack told me to wear something comfy. I walked over to my suitcase and grabbed a pair of leggings, a crop top and one of Jack's hoodies. I put it on and walked back into the bathroom to do my hair and makeup. I took the braids out of my hair and let it fall. It actually looked so pretty for once and it looked so wavy.

I didn't know how much makeup to wear so I just my moisturized, concealed and applied a bit of mascara, as well as doing my eyebrows obviously.

I checked my phone and saw it was 7:54pm. Jack told me to be ready by 8pm so I brushed my teeth and headed downstairs to find Jack. He was stood by the door with his car keys in his hand. He was wearing a black beanie, black hoodie and grey joggers with his slip on vans.

"Are you ready to go?" He asked as he held his hand out for me. I took it and nodded my head. He opened the door for me and I followed him to the car. He opened the door for me and I got in. What a gentleman.

"So where are we going?" I asked.

"Its a surprise!" He replied. And that was all he said. The rest of the journey we sang and had small conversations.

After around 30 minutes we arrived at our destination.

"The beach?" I said as more of a question.

"I have a question for you!" He answered in response. I just nodded my head.

"Tell me, have you seen a sunset turn into a sunrise?" He sang. Oh my god. Is he? Oh wow. I couldn't help it but a huge smile spread across my face.

"And before you say anything, we're not sleeping on the beach, we're staying in the car! There's a mattress and a whole bunch of blankets and pillows in the back so we can watch the sunset turn into a sunrise!' He explained.

I was in complete shock.

"Jack... I have no words!.... This is the sweetest and most romantic thing anyone has ever done for me!" I said on the verge of tears.

I was lost for words! There was no way he put all this effort in just for me. He opened the back of the car and lay the seats in his car down so we had more space to lye. Luckily the mattress didn't take long to blow up and we covered it in blankets and pillows. We cuddled up together just in time to watch the sunset.

Luckily, Jack packed my camera so I was able to capture the magical moment! It was like something out of a fairy tale!

We stayed awake for a while talking and singing and just enjoying each others company. It was heaven.

I soon started to drift into a sleep when I heard Jack start singing Can't Help Falling In Love With You. It was so soothing that it helped me drift off.

I woke up to the sound of an alarm going off.

"Sorry! I forgot to say, I set an alarm so we wouldn't miss the sunrise!" He explained. I wasn't even mad about it.

"Lily, I just wanted to say, you're so special to me. I don't know what I'd do without you. You make me laugh, you're so kind, you're beautiful and I never expected to love someone as much as I love you!" He said. I didn't reply. I just kissed him.

He was the best thing to ever happen to me and I just wanted to be with him forever...
