you guys know i've got y'all this summer, here to bring you more amazing chapters!!

honestly, i've seen my schedule and i have SO much time on my hands, maybe i could finish all of the chapters i have this whole summer💀 (lol not really tho)

Mr. Kim: "Alright, class. At this time, I will be passing out the exam results from last class."

Class: *groans*

Mr. Kim: "Alright, settle down, class. Now, seeing your tests last night, I was satisfied with most of them-- except for a select few. Overall, though, the class average was a 75. Not bad, and better than my other classes. Okay, please remain seated as I pass out your tests."

"Agh, this is it... I finally get to find out how I did on this unit.." you thought to yourself.

You sat in your desk, anxiously waiting on the results of your test. You knew there was no reason to be scared-- algebra and math in general was definitely one of your strengths. However, just the waiting for the results part is what got you.

Mr. Kim: "Yeonjun-- nice job. 87%. Joy, amazing improvement-- you got a 79%! Chaeyoung, a 89%. Love to see it!"

"Oh shit-- my row's almost next!!" You thought as you sunk into your chair.

Mr. Kim: "Nako, not your best... you had a 68%. Changbin, with a 85%. No change from last test. Jisoo, you're showing steady improvement with an 80%. Keep it up."

"Goodness! He's grading these pretty harshly..."

Suddenly, Mr. Kim was standing at your row. You sat straight up in your seat.

Mr. Kim: "Miss Y/N...?"

You looked up.

Mr. Kim: "...great job. An 88%. 10 points higher from last test. Your recent hard work is really paying off. Keep it up, and you'll have an A in my class very soon."

You took your paper and breathed a big sigh of relief. You had passed your math exam and had nothing to worry about anymore.

However...

Mr. Kim: "Nayeon, Nayeon! My little valedictorian-- a 100%, just as expected from our top student! Congratulations, young lady."

NY: "Heh, thank you, Mr. Kim! It's always imperative that I do my best in all of my classes, especially yours! Math is important, you know." *wink*

Mr. Kim: "I agree! Hey, you all could learn from Nayeon! Who knows, you could be working for her someday."

Nayeon made that cheesy smile she always makes as Mr. Kim walked away. You were starting to get annoyed.

"Why must Nayeon always brag about EVERY success she makes? Also, HOW the fuck is she the ONLY one who got a perfect score?! This test has GOT to be rigged!"

(mockingly): "HeH, tHaNk YoU mIsTeR KiM! iT's AlWaYs--"

NY: "Hmm, seems like SOMEONE's a little jealous of me, hmm?"

"Jealous of who? Little Miss Perfect?
Little Miss Bitch-Ass? Little Miss I-Ace-Every-Single-Test-In-The-World-And-Brag-About-It? Not. A. Chance."

NY: "Please. Spare the insulting names for once, Y/N. Maybe if you didn't spend all day playing video games, you'd be springing a 4.5 average-- just like me!"
