(JIHYO'S POV)

DH: "Hey, Jihyo!! Jihyo, are you in here?!"

I turned around to see Dahyun running into the living room and jumping onto the couch where I was sitting.

"Oh, hey! What's up?"

DH: "So, I've been wondering. Do you have anything to do for tonight?"

"Well, um... I have a paper to type for my economics class, but it's not due until Sunday night, so I can work on that tomorrow... other than that though, I should be free for tonight. Why?"

Dahyun looked at me and smiled. Oh Lord, what has she got planned for today?

DH: "I was thinking... how would you like to go on a date tonight?"

Hmm, a date... wait a minute.

"Wait, Dahyun, don't you already have a girlfriend? Are you trying to take ME out on a date?"

DH: *scoff* "No, silly! I'm talking about a date for you! You always sit around the house all day. It's time you went out once in a while!"

"Oh... a date..."

DH: "What? What's wrong?"

What's wrong, she says? How in the hell does she expect me to go on a date with NO date?

All my life, I've kinda been the more introverted type. I don't know why, I just kinda like to chill at home and keep to myself. I never really dated anyone in high school, and while it didn't really bother me too much, I have kinda wondered how it would be like to not be single.

Hm... maybe this going out and dating idea won't be too bad for me... but, how am I gonna find a date to go out with on such short notice?

"Well, I suppose me going out tonight could be fun... but I'm single, remember? Who would I go with?"

DH: "I knew you would say that."

Dahyun grabbed my phone from the edge of the couch and started scrolling through the app store.

"What are you doing?"

DH: "You ever tried one of these dating apps?"

"Ew, what? No! You know you can't trust those types of apps nowadays. Those things are real sketchy, and there's a whole bunch of pedos on there catfishing."

DH: *giggle* "No worries, this is just Tinder. Not some random 1-star app, I promise you."

To be honest, I was really hesitant about this online dating thing. I mean, it could be a really good chance to meet someone that could potentially be a future partner... but then I've HAD heard stories about women using dating apps like this and they end up on a breaking news broadcast because they were hurt or killed...
