It was finally the weekend.

When Dahyun woke up and saw that today was Saturday, she breathed a big sigh of relief. Saturdays were her off days from work, meaning she could relax and do whatever the hell she wanted for the day.

Dahyun got up from her bed and walked to the kitchen. She made herself a bowl of cereal with a glass of orange juice and walked over to the couch, where she sat down. She put her breakfast down and picked up the remote so she could turn on the TV.

Looks like Dahyun's plan for the day was to sit on the couch, all rolled up in a blanket, and watch cartoons all day.

|| 10 MINUTES LATER ||

Dahyun was in the middle of watching her shows when she suddenly heard footsteps. She turned her head around and saw Momo, fully dressed and ready to walk out of the door.

DH: "Hey, babe! Where are you going?"

MM: "I have to run a few errands, so I'm gonna go ahead and get them done now."

DH (with a mouthful of cereal): "Errands? It's the weekend! You should be sitting here with me, watching TV and eating Cocoa Puffs!"

Momo walked over to where Dahyun was sitting.

MM: "Ah... sorry Dubs, but you know I don't always have time to relax, even on a Saturday. I have to go and get food and stuff for the house, I gotta meet up with a business partner, and then I gotta go to the gym... yeah, seems like my morning is packed."

Dahyun sighed and looked down with a sad expression on her face.

The truth is, it's been at least a good 5 months since Dahyun and Momo did something together, and it made the younger girl feel lonely every weekend because Momo was always out and about. Momo also felt bad that she wasn't able to make plans with her girlfriend, but she couldn't help the fact that she had an active life.

Momo jumped on the couch and sat next to Dahyun, trying to give her some comfort.

MM: "Hey... don't be sad, okay?"

DH: "I'm sorry... it's just... ever since you got that job at Yoo Enterprises, it's like you've been running around all day. I rarely ever see you, either. By the time you come home, I'm already fast asleep."

MM: "Yeah, I understand my new job is demanding... but I promise you, it's all gonna be worth it at the end. Trust me, okay? I'm doing this for us."
