okay. first and foremost, i wanna let you all know that i'm NOT dead. you heard me correct; i didn't get a terrible disease, i didn't get kidnapped-- i am still alive and well! no need to worry anymore. :)
but yeah, let's talk about my absence on this app... i'm MORE than aware it's been a minute since i gave y'all any type of content, chapters, etc... and that's actually kinda what i wanted to address today. 😅
with that being said, i wanna sincerely apologize for ghosting you guys for damn nearly a year. normally i'd always send updates in my little announcements whether i planned on writing or not, but as you know... life is absolutely unpredictable. it can hit you like a ton of bricks and get pretty hectic pretty quickly, and the result was that i was left with just zero update time.
let me go ahead and the bad news out of the way-- after lots of contemplating, i have made the unfortunate and difficult decision to discontinue this book. what does that mean? that means i'm marking this book as complete and there will be no new chapters from this point on. (Who's That Girl? will more than likely be discontinued as well, that story got, like, zero traction💀)
i realize this may be shocking and upsetting to hear, but i made this decision for two main reasons. the first one being already addressed: no update time and really just no motivation to write these chapters anymore. :(
the second reason: i started writing these oneshots back in the spring of 2021, and the last update was in July of 2023. over 2 years of writing, i can safely say i've matured in my writing style and skill. with that being said, my maturing is also realizing that... i was writing about REAL life people, real kpop stars, and idk, it's kind of weird and invasive to write smut and nsfw about them. if i were famous, i DEFINITELY wouldn't want random ass smut chapters written about me, now would i?👀

so... yeah! that's the unfortunate news... but the good news? i don't plan on leaving this app anytime soon!! i will find ways to be more active (commenting, announcements, etc.) and if i'm able to find the time, i may brainstorm some new ideas with my ORIGINAL characters. (it for sure feels better writing about characters YOU made up instead of real people lol)
also i know many of you all will still wanna read the old chapters, and honestly, that's fine with me🤷🏾♀️so i'm not gonna delete this book, but like i said, i'm changing the status from "ongoing" to "complete".

once again, i apologize if this wasn't what you were expecting, but i just feel like this is taking a HUGE weight off my shoulders, and this is what is best for me. don't worry; when i find the time... i'll most DEFINITELY be back🥰
