Killua's POV

I'm staring out the window, watching the gloomy-ness. Today, it's raining, just sad, boring rain. I don't really have the energy to do much else than sit and watch. It's kind of inviting to have the trust that rain will just keep falling an- I shouldn't dwell on such sad things. I wonder what Gon's doing.

I stand up, stretch, and look around. I see Gon sitting on another couch, reading. I walk over to his couch.

"Hey Gon." I say, sitting next to him. "What are you reading?"

Then Gon leans over and puts his hand on the outer side of my face, and pulls it in his direction. He then, only looking up from his book for a second, kisses me right on the lips, quick and solid, like we're a couple!

"A book about the history of the Kurta Clan. Kurapika suggested it." He says.

Excuse me! What was that about! And he's acting like it's completely normal! Although, his face is slightly blush-y. I can feel my face heating, and my mouth is still slightly open in shock.

I swiftly turn to face him, and whisper-shout, "What was that?"

"Um, haha..." He looks up, rubbing the back of his neck, turning scarlet.

"What do you have to say for yourself!" I say, wanting a straight answer, but not really angry.

"I thought you would like that..." He says. I mean, yeah, I like him, and maybe it's a little obvious, but he could've given me a warning! I didn't even know he liked me that way!

"It was totally uncalled for, though! You could've given me at least a signal!"

"I thought the hand on your face was enough!?" I notice his hand has trailed down to my knee, and is resting there. Ack! That gives me a tingly feeling!

"*sigh*, You know what, I don't want to argue anymore, so take this!" My voice raises near the end.

"What-" Gon starts to say, but then I make my move. I grab his right shoulder, and pull it in my direction. I make him lean in my direction, and forcefully kiss him. I hope he forgives me for no warning, but he did the same to me, so... yeah. Also, this is way better than whatever little sneaky thing Gon was trying to do earlier.

We kiss for a minute, and then I loosen my grip on Gon's shoulder. "That was way better than whatever I did earlier." After a moment, Gon looks away, and says, "But I thought you didn't like me like that. You didn't seem like you did!?"

"No, I guess I didn't. But, I was just very surprised at how calm you were about it, since romance isn't really your thing?? I don't know." I laugh a little.

"Um, Killua, it's more like romance isn't your thing." With my hand still on his shoulder, and our curled up bodies still close on the couch, he tilts his head upward slightly and kisses my nose.

"Hey! What was that for? No need to be so lovey-dovey about it!" My face heats and I touch my nose. Gon's so cute when he does things like that though.

"See? Romance is less of your thing than it is mine." He says smugly.

"Hmph." I turn my head away slightly.

"Don't be like that, Killua!" His voice makes me look back at him. I bring myself closer, and kiss him again, softer, for longer. Our legs are folded underneath us, and our knees and gently touching. Our torsos are bent forward to span the gap, and my left arm holds his upper right arm. His left arm wraps around me on the back of the couch, and Gon's right arm is still on my knee.

We break away, and just sit there for a moment gazing into each other's eyes, faces inches apart. Our faces are slightly blush-y, but no longer for embarrassment.

"Wow Killua! You're better at this then I thought!" Gon exclaims.

"Thanks."
