Modern!Glorthelion Imagines

Yes, I have many unfinished projects.

So obviously the only logical solution is to start another one 

Are y'all proud of me? 

OH YEAH AND HAPPY PRIDE MONTH

(I just reread some of my previous works and almost DIED. My punctuation was and probably still is horrible)

Ok now time for *actual* stuff

Ecthelion and Glorfindel are elves in a modern setting, they still have pointed ears and magic and all that cool stuff. 

Their 'magic' is actually a headcanon that Darth, Elda, and I came up with. (For those of you that don't know, they are respectively return_of_the_king and Eldacala, but I can't tag two people at the same time, apparently. They are friends of mine, both on Quotev and Wattpad!)

Anyway, Glorfindel, like the sun, can glow and heat up. Ecthelion, being Lord of the Fountain, is more like water and can probably cool down or something? 

So the two are in college together, and they're dating, and they're roommates... (oh my god they were roommates)

Another thing, my headcanon is that Glorfindel has ADHD. (I suspect I do too...)

Imagine number 1:

Glorfindel is pulling an all-nighter to study for an exam. Ecthelion didn't pick the same class, so he doesn't have it. However, he decides to help Glorfindel a bit because Glorfy can get distracted wayyyyy too easily, and has in fact found himself knee-deep in Reddit articles with barely any link to his study topic at all before. 

Both of them are in the dorm, Glorfindel sitting at the desk and Ecthelion on his bed. 

At some point, Ecthelion decides to get some sleep. Glorfy keeps awake by mixing energy drinks and coffee and then downing all that in one gulp. 

When the alarm goes off and Ecthelion wakes up, he finds a passed-out Glorfy at the desk with his blond hair spread all across his notes. 

Ecthelion gently wakes him up, and they prepare to go to class. 

Throughout the day, Glorfindel keeps glowing, because he's hyper but tired. (Believe me, this actually exists, I've felt it.) 

Imagine number 2:

Ecthelion is super happy because they both did really well in a test. He hugs over-excited Glorfy, who, being Glorfy, instantly heats up by at least 10 degrees and becomes a homemade lamp. 

Now some more random things:

- Glorfindel lowkey having a caffeine addiction because "it keeps me awake ok??"

- Glorfy totally uses a frick ton of conditioner

- That meme with one person pulling back the shower curtains to ask if they were out of Doritos

- Ecthelion just gently telling Glorfy to focus because he knows it's hard with ADHD and all (at least I think that's how it works, it's like that for me)

- Glorthelion swapping hoodies

- Ecthelion is the only one who can braid and play with Glorfy's hair

- Both carry around at least ten hair ties 

- Glorfindel walking home one day and just buying some yellow roses because they smelled nice

- Ecthelion secretly smiling as he puts them in a vase

- I would say Glorfy loves fancy robes, but that's not modern (plus, you already know)

- Glorfy glowing in early mornings

- Flowers in each other's hair
