The table was filled with happy chatter except for Katsuki who kept glaring at Izuku's empty chair while eating his food, his leg bouncing under the table. He wasn't necessarily listening to the conversation that was going on, nor was he really interested in anything they needed to say so he quickly finished his food before getting out of his seat and simply placing his dish in the sink and washed it with soap before pouring some water over it and wiping it dry.

"Where are you going?" Kirishima asked as he saw Katsuki go out the door.

"Shower"

Katsukis simple answer received a worried nod from the other but Kirishima quickly went back to conversing, knowing that Katsuki wouldn't do anything rash.

Katsuki, as said, went around the house until he reached the water pump, putting the bucket under it and pumping some water into it. He was really grateful about the fact that they would never run out of water since it came from under the ground, but he absolutely despised how it made his skin dry up from all the minerals. Katsuki also really hated how cold the water was but he'd rather have cold water than have that and end up having dry skin.

After the bucket of water was full, he took it back into the house, noticing that people were finishing up their food, and went into the bathroom that was next to the office. He shut the door and immediately started stipping off his clothes, discarding them elsewear and walked towards the tub and got inside with the bucket in hand.

It was a little irritating to wash himself along with his hair but he managed after a while and simply dumped the rest of the water over his head to wash away all of the soap, shuddering at the gelid water. He immediately stepped out of the bath and wrapped a towel around himself before he walked out of the bathroom, not caring that people were still in the kitchen.

After he had gotten dressen in a tank and some pants, he noticed that everyone was starting to go to bed which was reasonable since it was getting pretty dark. Katsuki stayed on the couch that was in the lounge upstairs, waiting for everyone to fall asleep before he got up and went back downstairs, grabbing a flashlight in the process in case he needed it even if the light of the moon did the job for him at the moment.

The stairs creaked through the silent house, soft snores were heard from Sero and Denki as they laid on the couch bed with Denki hugging Jiro close to himself. Katsuki carefully made his way down the last step before his feet touched the cold concrete once again and then made his way towards the kitchen and sat down in one of the chairs with a sigh.

Izuku still hadn't come back and if Katsuki was going to be honest, he was worried. It didn't even seem that his friends noticed that he was gone but then again he wasn't listening to their conversation from before. He knew that what he was about to do was wrong considering Izuku had a girlfriend and all but he still couldn't explain why he had the urge to place his lips on Izuku's. He just did. Moreover, now he was sitting down in the kitchen waiting for Izuku to come back to the house while he crossed his arms over his chest as memories of his times in the bunker came back to mind...

Katsuki walked by the commons, with a plate of food in his hand for lunch and noticed that Izuku and Katsuma were currently working on something that he could care any less about at the moment, or ever really, and proceeded to sit down on the small ragged couch behind Izuku since he was leaning against it.

"Oh i got it!" Izuku suddenly declared before he ducked down and started fiddling with the object in his hand while scribbling something on the notebook he was given on his birthday from Katsuki, as a joke, and mumbling to himself and alternating tasks of writing and seemingly building something.
