It was all so sudden...
"You be good izuku" A green haired woman by the name of Inko said to her 7 year old son, smiling down at him.
One minute was filled with love,
"Ok mom! I promise!" Izuku exclaimed excitedly before he ran to his mother to give her a quick hug. Inko bent down and took Izuku in her arms and gave him a big squeeze before placing a kiss on his forehead and ruffling his hair. Izuku giggled as he placed a hand on his hair to fix it.
"Your going to ruin it!" Izuku said laughing as he grabbed his mother's hand to stop her from making it even more messy. Inko gave him a smile before she got up from her spot and held onto the door.
"Are you sure you don't want me to take you to school?" she questioned the boy, her face showing a little fear from what she had read from the news. Izuku nodded his head while placing his hands on the straps of his backpack.
"Im sure. I'm a kid now! And Kacchan will be there so I'm ok" Izuku reassured his mother before hugging her leg and quickly releasing to run down the porch steps.
"Bye mommy!" he shouted happily with a wave.
"Bye honey! Love you and be safe!" Inko yelled back with a small smile.
"Ok! Love you too!" Izuku finished before turning around and starting to run down the sidewalk to get to school.
Happiness,
He was so excited for his first day of second grade that he asked his mother if he could walk alone. The school wasn't that far away, but it was still a pretty long walk but Izuku didn't care. He wanted to walk there all by himself and if he catches a certain blonde, then he would be more than glad to walk with him.
Izuku crossed the street to get to the other sidewalk and happily skipped the rest of the way but before he could take the next step, something hit him in the back of the head really hard to the point of making him lose his footing and tripping on the floor, scraping his knees.
"Owie..." Izuku said as he rolled and looked at his hands, the skin peeling off on the palms.
Playfulness,
"Ha! I got you!" A small voice called from behind him, Izuku turned his head and his face brightened when he saw Katsuki across the street behind him holding a victorious smirk with a thick rubber band twirling around his finger.
"That hurt!" izuku whined as he turned his attention back to his scratched knees, wincing when he touched the slightly bleeding and bruising skin.
"Well you were in front of me!" The small blonde retorted back sassily as he crossed the street and stepped in front of Izuku. He crouched down and looked at the two scratches before he poked one making Izuku jump from the pressure.
"Don't touch it!" Izuku exclaimed as he covered his knees with the palm of his hands. Katsuki kept a straight face as he got back up.
"It's fine, deku. You're such a crybaby, '' Katsuki said nonchalantly as he started walking away towards the school.
and Friendship.
Izuku immediately jumped up from his crouching position and started following Katsuki, having to be a little slower since the skin on his knees kept stinging with each step. The two kept quiet the rest of the way to school but Izuku couldn't help but notice how dark the sky was getting. The clouds were turning grey but they looked a little unnatural. Nonetheless, Izuku and Katsuki arrived at school with lots of kids roaming the hallways.
