I woke up to Lily and Marlene floo-ing into my room as tackling me. "Wake up, sleepy head" Marlene said while playing with one of coils of my dark curly hair. "Why do I need to be up?" I wined out. "Because something happened last night." Lily said while climbing off of me.

"Did Marli grow tact? Or did James Potter stop existing?" I asked while rubbing my eyes. "No but you were on his mind all of last night." Lily said and looked disappointed. What the bloody hell? "I was up late last night drinking with Remus and Sirius and Peter and James-" I interrupted her.
"We don't say that name in holy spaces." And lily laughed.

"We were talking about you." Marli had said waiting for a response, "Unless you helped Potter to hex me, I don't care what you guys do." I said getting up from my bed." That was a lie I'm no where near that nature, how much shit was spoken? "He didn't wanna talk about the game at all." Marlene said.

As I took off my shorts ams put on my skirt then my shirt without tucking it in I stopped to say, "That arrogant git, just because I hate him with a passion doesn't mean I want to kill him or be the cause for his death." The I loosely put on my tie and my robe, loosely putting my hair up with my wand. I quickly tied my shoes then made my way over to them.

As they laughed at my statement I walked over to the fire place and they walked over to me linking arms as we did last night, "Is gryffindor common closer to the great hall from here?" I asked and before lily could answer me Marlene grabbed a handful of floo and yelled, "Gryffindor common room. As we walked out of the fireplace it felt weird being in this common room.

"I swear every time I'm in here it doesn't feel right-" I said to them and behind us we heard, "They get out, Diggory." Potter said and this was why the feeling of unease rested over me. "Potter, what a displeasure to see you again." I said turning to face him.

"Good Morning, my Lily-flower" James said to lily, "I'll see you in class but if stay here and watch Potter sweet talk I'll be sick." I said then walked out of Gryffindor tower towards the great hall, getting a seat next to Severus who was marking his potions book. "Morning, Severus." I said with a smile, "Diana." He said acknowledging my presence, "Tough fall last night." He said looking up from his book and at me, "I would rather die then be that close to Potter." Snape said and I laughed.

"Oh it wasn't pleasant at all he was crushing my skull to his chest." I said drinking from my goblet. "If I recall correctly, you saved his life by losing a piece of your dignity." He said with a crooked smile. "Very true, very true-" and he cut me off, "And he's staring daggers into me right now as you cackle like a hyena." Severus said and I didn't want to look over.

I grabbed a green apple and then made my way to leave the great hall as someone pulled me into an empty classroom. I saw that it was just Alice and I relaxed, "Fortescue, I swear to Salazar you'll be the death of me." I said with a hand on my chest and she laughed. "Well now I'm not walking into Transfiguration alone especially when someone has an early streak." Alice would be referring to Frank Longbottom, the boy whose held her heart for most of our schooling.

"Well good luck, Alice. Mcgonagall gives us new seats today so you may actually have to speak to him." I said to her warningly. "I'm not the one that flirts and teases on accident, remember what you did to Mclaggen?" She said and we took temporary seats in the back, we had beat Alice's lover boy to my shock.

"Alice, I'm sure he's gonna love you, if you speak to him." I said and she nodded playing with her quill as I went to grab mine from a bag, "Speak of the handsome devil" she whispered to me and I looked up to see Frank walking in with the quartet of gryffindor's favorite pranksters.
