d.diggory's POV

"Diana wake up." I hear someone say and nudge me. I opened my eyes to see Regulus. He had a hand on my shoulder shaking me to open my eyes from my oh so blissful and whiskey induced sleep. I turned closer to him pulling him under me.

Desperately trying to get back to sleep, and taking Reggie with me. "Diana we have class." He said annoyed but put up no struggle. "And I have a comfortable bed and cuddly regulus black." I said nuzzling into his shoulder.

"We can do this after you at least go to your last class of the day." He spoke and I saw him flip us over and start putting on his shirt. "That would make it 2 pm right now- Oi! When did you get a tattoo?" I asked him looking at his left forearm. "Oh it's temporary and it's 1:50, babe." Regulus said and I was snapped away from looking at his forearm. Fuck.

"Shit well I'll see you after my class, bye Regulus- we have practice!" I shouted as I apparated to outside the charms classroom. I buttoned up my robes so no one could see my lack of skirt and I opened the door.

"Your late Miss. Diggory." I hate that voice. That bloody voice. "Sorry Professor Riddle." I spoke and sat down next to Lucius who had a smirk on his face. Then Riddle of course decided to pick on the weak. Or what he thought a sleep deprived angry girl looked like.

"Do you remember me telling you we are practicing nonverbal spells, Miss Diggory ?"

"Yes,"said I said condescendingly stiff.

"Yes, sir."

"There's no need to call me 'sir,' Professor. I much prefer-" I was about to say master but Lucius clasped his hand over my mouth. Tom smiled at his action. As class carried on I turned directly across from my James, Lily and Severus. Well 2 out of those 3 are in hell.

James suddenly paid attention in charms for the first time in his life as he held the greatest posture in the room. But as class came to a close Professor Riddle held me back.

"You wanted to speak with me Professor?" I asked him as I walked up to him and he came within in half a foot of me. "I understand your mother told our agreement." Tom said and he began to unclasp the first button on my robe.

"I'm not going to marry you, sir." And then another button unclasped. "Yet, Miss Diggory, yet." Tom said and looked me in the eyes. One of his hands making it's way to my cheek and the other hand unclasping another button. The robe now opening slightly at my waist. Where you should've seen my skirt through the shirt.

"I suggest wearing your uniform next time your in my class." Tom said stepping back from me, his arms crossed behind his back. "This isn't your class, your a substitute. The parasite Dumbledore can't seem to get rid of." I said to him and his smile grew.

"Your word choice is impeccable, Diana." Tom spoke again taking a step closer and brining his mouth to my ear. Unclasping another button. "Because I will marry you the day you graduate and you'll never escape me." He whispered and I got chills.

His breath and his words sent me into a mental frenzy. Why does he want to marry me? I'm of no good choice or reason!? "And yes. You are of good reason." He's a legilimince?! "Yes, I am. Now why don't you head over to your dorm before it gets late." Tom said before moving away from me and to his chalkboard to clean it off.

I buttoned everything that he'd undone as I walked out and went straight to my room to change for quidditch practice. "Boys!" I screamed and I flew on my broom to where they were putting on their gear. I wore black shorts and a cropped hollyhead harpies shirt.

"What?" Vincent said as he put on his chest pads. "Those won't be necessary." I said pointing to his padding. "What?" Nathaniel asked. "Oh bloody-" Marius started but Finneas finished, "Shit."
