Nat's POV:
Y/N turns to me tears streaming down her face.
"Tell me it isn't true. Please Nat. Tell me she's making it up," she says looking into my eyes. I couldn't look at her.
"Oh my god," Y/N realises.
"I was there on an undercover mission for intel on this group which I'm assuming is the one that they dismantled. They hung out at this club so I was there getting information. There was a woman dancing with another I caught a glimpse it looked like Sara. I looked back again and she was gone. I didn't think anymore of it as I thought she was dead. I didn't think it was worth upsetting you when it wasn't going to bring her back. When I got back Tony was acting weirder than usual. I didn't know for certain why until now ," I explained.
"This is too much to process. I need some air," Y/N says running out of the room.
"Nat you know people better than anyone. You knew it was her didn't you? You knew she was alive right?" Wanda asks.
"I wasn't certain but after the trip Tony asked a lot of questions about who or what I saw. Usually I report back to Fury but I reported back to Tony too. Now I know why," I reply.
"Did you think she was alive? Yes or No?" Wanda asks.
"Yes I think I did," I sigh hanging my head.
"Fuck you," Wanda says angrily heading outside. Shit. I look out my window and see Y/N running around the track over and over again not stopping for a second. Wanda goes out and just watches showing she's there if she needs her. I've lost them both. I could be angry at Tony or Sara but most of all I was angry at myself. I did this. I hurt her.

Y/N's POV:
I ran and ran until I thought my legs were going to cave in and I collapse on the floor. Wanda approaches me.
"Can you hold me?" I request. She nods smiling sadly. She holds onto me tightly and I feel the tears start to fall from my face soaking her shirt. After a few minutes I compose myself.
"She knew it was her didn't she?" I ask.
"I think she did on some level. I can show you the memory if you want. I found it in her head while she was talking to you," she offers. I nod. Wanda shows me. There's Nat at the bar in a dress and she turns around and you can see the side of Sara's face dancing with another woman. She looks confused then turns around to check and she's gone.
"Whatever you decide to do I support you," Wanda assures me.
"Thank you. I just need some space and time away from Nat, Sara and Tony. Do you know anywhere we could go?" I ask.
"Why don't we just drive? We'll find an Airbnb wherever we end up," Wanda suggests.
"Let's do it. You go back to the room and pack us a bag. I'll steal one of Tony's cars and I should probably let Nat know that we're leaving," I agree. Wanda smiles sadly and I pull her in for a kiss.
"What was that for?" She asks smiling.
"This trip isn't just going to be me running away from my problems. I want it to be enjoyable for you. You've never let me down or hurt me. Right I'll meet you back here in 20 minutes," I answer.

I find Nat in the training room.
"Hey," she almost whispers.
"Hi. I just wanted to let you know I need some space and time to think. I'm going away for a few days with Wanda. I just need to get my head around it Nat," I explain. She starts getting tearful.
"I knew this was going to happen. You picked her and you're leaving me," Nat mumbles sadly.
"That's not what this is. I just can't be alone right now because I'll do something stupid but I also can't see Tony or Sara. I need a bit of space. When I come back I'll be over it Nat," I assure her.
"Please don't leave me. I'm so sorry Y/N. I wasn't certain. I promise you," she pleads.
"I know you weren't but it still hurts Nat. I'm not leaving you. I'll be back. I just need some time. I care about you a lot Nat that's why it hurts so much," I explain.
"Can I kiss you?" She asks. I bring her in for a kiss before walking away.

I see Wanda in the foyer with the bags and take her hand.
"Where are you going? You can't keep running away from your problems," Tony states.
"I'm not. I'm driving. Thanks for lending me the car. I'll be back at some point," I say showing him the keys.
"How can you leave Nat? She stuck by you through everything," He asks.
"Why did you send her to Miami Tony? What were you hoping that she'd tell me so you didn't have to? Or was that a miscommunication between you and your best friend Sara?" I snark.
"You're acting like a child," he yells.
"Because you've treated me like one for the last 9 months. This is my decision. Nat knows I'm coming back for her I just need time to forgive her. Not that that is any of you business," I state walking out. We get in the car and Wanda starts driving she turns the radio on low while I cry quietly.
