Make a choice (Y/N)

Chapter 34

Y/N's POV:
Today Nat and Wanda are meeting Morgan. I was pretty nervous. How honest am I with a 5 year old? Do I say they're both my girlfriends or what? I don't know if she even remembers Sara or understands what a girlfriend is.
"Stop stressing," Wanda pleads with me sleepily.
"Sorry. My thoughts woke you again. I'll go and workout so you can go back to sleep," I apologise sliding towards the end of the bed.
"You don't have to do that," Wanda says trying to keep her eyes open.
"You're exhausted baby go back to sleep," I assure her kissing her forehead.

I throw some workout clothes on and head to the training room. There's no one around so I can do whatever reps I want in whatever order I want which was nice. I felt a lot calmer by the time I did my run to end my workout. Everyday I felt I was getting faster and stronger. I head back inside to my room and they both look at me concerned.
"What?" I ask confused.
"Why are you stressing? Do you still want us to come with you?" Nat inquires.
"Of course I do. It's just new that's all. I only introduced my family to Sara after 6/7 months. You already know them so it's different. I don't know how much to tell a 5 year old which I can sort out by asking Tony and Pepper. Also Pepper isn't the best cook so I'm going to ask to order takeout. I don't want any of us getting poisoned," I explain.
"You know in future you can just take your stress out on us," Wanda smirks.
"What do you mean?" I ask confused.
"She means use us instead of a workout," Nat replies biting her lip.
"I don't know how I feel about that. Being with both of you is such a positive experience I don't want to use it as a coping mechanism. I think I might need some therapy. To deal with my stress and trauma. Things have happened so quickly recently and writing lyrics isn't cutting it. I just want a professional's advice," I open up.
"I think that could be really good for you and I think I might go too," Wanda encourages me.
"I think we could all use some therapy honestly," Nat agrees.
"Thank you both for being so supportive. I appreciate it. I'm going to have a shower now because I want to kiss you both but not when I stink," I laugh.

Wanda's POV:
"How's the planning coming along?" Nat asks resting her head on my shoulder.
"Really good. I'm just hoping you'll both enjoy it," I reply.
"Listen baby we've been waiting to say those three words. Regardless it's going to be special just don't put so much pressure on yourself. Just enjoy it," Nat assures me.
"Thank you Nat," I say kissing her gently.
"I'm honestly really excited to see Y/N with Morgan. I just know she's going to be a wonderful Aunt," Nat informs me.
"Me too. I think she'd be a great mom too. If that's something that happens in our future," I agree.
"I'd be open to it but I can't carry them," Nat sighs.
"Carrying a child doesn't make you a mother. It's how you care for them and raise them once they are born," I comfort her.
"You've got a way with words just like Y/N," she laughs.
"I think it's infectious when you're dating someone where every thing they say sounds like a prophecy," I giggle.

Nat drives us all to Tony's house. Y/N is quiet on the way just singing along quietly to the radio. Tony comes out to greet us.
"Ok so how much are we telling Morgan?" Y/N asks.
"You can say they're your girlfriends just not anything that's not child appropriate," he explains.
"Ok we can do that," Nat agrees. Morgan comes running outside and hugs Y/N tightly.
"How's my favourite niece?" She asks.
"Hungry. Can we get cheeseburgers for lunch?" she requests as we follow them inside.
"Of course we can. I've got two very special people to introduce you too. Do you know what a girlfriend is?" Y/N asks. She nods.
"They're your favourite person in the world and you love them very much," Morgan explains.
"Exactly. This is Nat and Wanda they're my girlfriends. They're my second favourite people in the world because you're my favourite but don't tell them that or they'll be jealous," she whispers smiling.
"They're pretty," Morgan says smiling at us.
"Do you think you could give them one of your famous hugs?" Y/N inquires. She runs over to us and hugs us both gently before heading back to Y/N taking her hand.
"Should we go and see if your mom will let us order cheeseburgers?" Y/N asks and Morgan nods excitedly.
*That is the cutest thing I have ever seen* Nat thinks loudly and I turn to her and just smile nodding in agreement.

Nat's POV:
I couldn't stop watching Y/N with Morgan. I never thought that was really in my future but I think Y/N would be so good with our kids.
"I can't believe you made us order food when there's perfectly good salad I made just for this occasion," Pepper sighs.
"You know I can't say no to my favourite Niece," Y/N laughs.
"She's your only niece. I don't know how you're in such good shape with the amount of take out you eat," Pepper says annoyed.
"Tony your wife is flirting with me. I'm joking. I workout a lot sometimes I do 6/7 hours a day," she explains smirking at both Nat and I.
"I never knew you were so dedicated to your fitness. How are you not exhausted?" She asks. Nat and I are trying to hold in our laughter.
"You know when you make fitness fun and you have a goal to work towards it makes it so very easy. Extremely enjoyable too. Trust me I'm always exhausted but in the best way," Y/N assures her.

Y/N sat outside on the bench with Morgan talking to her for hours.
"What do you think she's saying?" I ask Nat.
"She's talking to her about you two," Pepper says from behind us making us both turn around.
"Y/N and her talk about everything as long as it's age appropriate. She never talks down to her or treats her like a child but as her equal. That's one of the reasons Morgan is so advanced. Y/N would always read her books and encourage her curiosity. She's really good with her. I also know she's talking about you because she's got that goofy grin on her face," Pepper adds.
"I love that goofy grin," Nat replies.
"Me too," I add watching Morgan and Y/N.
"Have you told her you love her yet? Tony told me what went down with Sara. She only would've done that if she felt that way about you both," Pepper inquires.
"I've planned something special for the 3 of us next week. We're going to say it then. We wanted it to be special," I explain.
"I'm glad. She deserves it. There was a minute there I was worried she wouldn't survive losing her but then I saw her with both of you and I knew she'd be happy again. Thank you both," Pepper replies gratefully.
"She saved me too. I felt like I was drowning and she not only gave me a life jacket she taught me how to swim to survive," I say smiling at Y/N with Morgan.
"She was the one that got away from me for years. Not anymore. I'm never letting either of them go," Nat assures us. Y/N turns around noticing us watching and smiles brightly.
"I don't know if kids are on the cards for you but if you do have them she'll be an excellent mother," Pepper observes leaving us to it.
"Seeing them together has made me so certain I want them," Nat says turning to face me.
"Me too."
