Lina screamed in horror and disgust at the sight in front of her. Danny and Lucy were tangled up on the sofa deep in a make-out session, both shirtless, Lucy thankfully still had her bra on.
"Sorry Lina" Danny chuckled looking way too happy with himself.
"Nearly every day for six months I've come home and walked into this, I have seen things I have never wanted to see" Lina huffed kicking her shoes off, she longed to sit down after her latest twenty-hour shift none of the patients included Katie who had made a full recovery and was now back at Hogwarts, but she knew both sofas were no longer innocent.
"Oh yeah because neither of us have ever walked in on you and Cedric," Lucy said rolling her eyes and pulling her shirt back on.
"That happened one time" Lina grumble.
"Twice" Lucy corrected.
"Thrice" Danny piped up.
"Okay so it happened a couple of times, but still, why can't you ever go over to Lucy's?"
"With my parents and brother, yeah no thanks" Lucy scoffed, she got up from the sofa and disappeared into the kitchen."
"Help yourself" Lina called out.
"I will" Lina yelled back. "How was work?"
"Fine" Lina replied not wanting to talk about the shift, so many lives had been lost due to Death Eaters.
Danny noticing this changed the subject "where's Ced?"
"Up at the school" Lina sighed, between her long shifts and Cedric always being at Hogwarts on patrol the couple had barely seen each other.
"So it's just the three of us for dinner then?" Lucy said appearing from the kitchen, two bottles of butterbeer in her hand for her and Danny and a bottle of pumpkin juice for Lina. "I'm thinking pizza."
"It's nearly eleven," Lina said after thanking Lucy for the bottle.
"Half ten" she corrected "and I'm hungry and you haven't eaten."
"I have eaten."
"Hospital food doesn't count."
"Then I have not eaten."
"I'll order a pizza."
"Two!" Danny yelled, "I'm not sharing."
"What not even with your girlfriend?" Lucy asked placing her hands on her hips.
"I don't love you that much."
Before the two started one of their famous arguments Lina left for her bedroom to shower and change out of her healers uniform.
