On Monday Lina, with a slight bounce in her step headed down from her room to the common room, she paused in confusion when she saw a large group of people crowded by the cork notice board.
Lina joined the crowd and went up on her tiptoes to get a better look.
BY ORDER OF THE HIGH INQUISITOR OF HOGWARTS All students organisations, societies, teams, groups and clubs are henceforth disbanded. An organisation, society, team, group or club is hereby defined as a regular meeting of three or more students. Permission to re-form may be sought from the High Inquisitor "Professor Umbridge) No student organisation, society, team, group or club may exist without the knowledge and approval of the High Inquisitor. Any student found to have formed or to belong to, an organisation, society, team, group or club that has not been approved by the High Inquisitor will be expelled. "What the hell" Lina muttered.
"You know what this means right?" Tony said coming to stand next to Lina.
Lina did, she would have to ask Umbridge's permission to continue the Hufflepuff Quidditch team "don't say it" she groaned.
"I have to" Tony grinned.
"No, you don't."
"Yes, I do."
"Fine" Lina sighed and closed her eyes, "say it."
"You're going to have to bed Umbridge to let us continue quidditch," Tony said nudging Lina's side.
Lina didn't reply to Tony she just walked towards to exit of the common room.
"Where are you going?" Tony called after her.
"To throw myself off the astronomy tower" Lina immediately replied.
Tony laughed loudly and ran to catch up with Lina "look it won't be that bad" he said.
"She hates me!" Lina exclaimed, "and I hate her, I'm not begging her for anything."
"Then don't beg" Tony responded, "politely ask and if she says no then threaten her with your dad."
"That's just going to land me another detention," Lina said looking at Tony. She would rather get on her knees and beg than do another weeks detention with Umbridge. But neither as an option, Black's don't beg for anything, that was what her aunt had told her.
"So, how bad are her detentions?" Tony asked not realising how bad they were.
"Bad" was the only thing Lina replied with and didn't go into further detail.
