Party Time

It is Saturday night and Clarke and Raven are getting ready for the party. Clarke can't decide what to wear and Raven comes to the rescue. After many outfits being tried, she has decided on a blue, spaghetti strap, silk sundress that comes mid thigh. Raven wears a red one. Clarke has no idea where this party is or who will be there but she wants to make a good impression. Raven and Clarke get into Ravens car and head to this party. Clarke wishes it was the one Lexa wanted her to go to but she will try and have a good time with Rae and make her happy. Raven is all excited about her meeting her new love and Clarke don't want to put a damper on that. 

Meanwhile, back at Lexa's. 'Lexa, we need to get going so hurry up!" Anya yells upstairs to her. Lexa sighs. She wants to have a good time and always does when she is with Anya and their friends, but she is afraid the same thing will happen this time like it always does. She usually feels smothered when she has been in the club for a while. Men and especially women, hit on her and flirt so much. Lexa don't want to be rude but she will if she has to. She will dance with some women and have a good time but she keeps her limit and distance. One woman comes in the club a lot and has an eye for her and just don't seem to get it that Lexa is not interested though. Maybe she wont be there. They will be in the section that they have closed off to everyone else so that will help. She just wont dance tonight if she is there so she wont have to fight her off all night. This will be a long night, Lexa thinks to herself but she will do this. 

Lexa decides on her black pants, light blue, button up dress shirt, black, thin, silk necktie and black heels. She still needs to look good. Anya is in her Blue dress pants, white button up, black tie. Both looking so handsomely gorgeous. "You may just catch someone's eye in that look tonight, the ladies will be fighting over you as always and the men will all be so jealous, Anya tells Lexa. Lexa rolls her eyes. "Well, let them fight, I am not interested in catching anyone's eye".  Anya looks at her and says ,"Why not, its been 3 years Lex, I know you were hurt badly but maybe it's time to find someone again".   Lexa huffs and says, "Can we just have a good time at this party, celebrate you and Raven and not think about me finding someone, please?" Anya says, "ok sis, I am sorry, yeah, let's go party!" Lexa smiles and says, "thank you, now let's go do this". They head out to the club. Lexa thinks of how the only person she wants to catch the eye of wont be there. Why do I keep thinking this way, Lexa thinks to herself. I have to stop this. She can't think about the beautiful blonde this way, they are friends. Maybe a dance with someone else is what she needs tonight to take her mind off of Clarke. 

They arrive at the club and its packed and Lexa thinks, "great", with an eye roll.  They go in the back because since she owns the place, it will be easier than trying to get through the front. They go to the VIP section they have blocked off for their group and notice that some are already there. Monty and Harper, Jasper, Murphy and Emori, Luna, and Nylah. She doesn't see Raven yet. They are all greeting each other and talking, catching up with all the happenings since they all saw each other last. Lexa is standing at one of the tables making sure things are in place and Lincoln walks over. "Hey sis, how are you?" Lexa turns and sees the big muscled man and smiles big and says," Hey yourself, how are things at the Gym? I am assuming since I have not heard from you that things are ok?" Lexa says with a smirk and smile. "Yes, they are going really well", says Linc. He looks at her and Lexa asked," are you ok?" Lincoln says, Yeah, I am fine, it is just that I wanted to tell you that I have met someone, well, not actually met yet face to face but I have talked to her for a few weeks now on the phone and video chat." Lexa smiles big and says, Lincoln that's awesome, who is this woman who seems to make my brother smile so big while speaking about her?" He says, "well, her name is Octavia Blake, Bellamy's sister. She lives in L.A. but may be moving here in a few months to be closer to her brother". How did you manage to talk to her, Bell never mentioned her."  Lexa said." Well, they did not talk for a long time but the last  couple of years they have mended things. When she did talk to him last he told her of a friend of his, me, whom she may like, so, she got my number from him and called me, she looked me up on social media first to check me out, then called me. She will be coming for a visit soon I hope and I want you all to meet".  "Lincoln I am happy for you and I will be glad to meet her'', Lexa said. "Great sis, I cant wait for you to meet her, she will like you," Linc said.  They laughed and then Linc said, "well, I'll cardh up with you in a bit ok." She smiles and says ok.  While Lexa was checking on the alcohol, she looks up from behind the bar, into the mirror and sees blonde hair. Her heart beats fast then she thinks it can't be Clarke because she is going somewhere else. Then she hears her laugh, she knows that laugh. She then sees Raven walk in behind her. Lexa feels her beat faster, her palms get sweaty and she stares. O.M.G,  Lexa knows then that this is the somewhere that Clarke was talking about that she had already been invited to. Wait, that means her someone will be hear too. She can't breath! Why does she care, why does this matter, Lexa thinks. She sees Anya approach the women and lead them to their section of where the party just for them will be. Well, now what does she do?
