Natapos na ang flag ceremony, it's time to announce the results para sa contest. I'm feeling a bit better now that the contest is already finished, but still.. I feel like I wanna vomit.

"It's time to announce the results! Since Literature was an easy test, we will be announcing the winners. If I call your name you have to come up the stage" sabi ng principal

Bwesit, Literature pa talaga ang nauna? Jusko po. Help me, I can't breathe properly.

Napatingin ako sa baba at nagdasal, I looked at the side of the stage and saw certificates. It must be the awards.

"Third place, Min Jihwan! Please come up the stage and claim your certificate" sabi ng principal

I looked at the guy who won third place, having a smile on his face while running up to the stage. Buti pa sya, kontento na sya sa third place. Kontento naman ako kapag kahit ano posisyon ko basta wag lang mababa, pero si dad talaga ang nagpepressure sakin.

"Uh.. gusto ko lang po magpasalamat sa parents ko na lubos na tumulong sakin para makasali ako sa winners ng Literature Contest. And I'd like to thank my friends for the support na din" sabi ni Jihwan, the school photographer took a picture of him before he went down the stage.

"Congrats to Jihwan! Alright, now let's move on. Second place, the student who never failed to achieve his or her goal.." sabi ng principal

Putek, ayaw talaga magbigay ng clue. May pa his or her pa!

"Second place winner is, Moon Eunji!" sigaw ng principal

Oh shit. I mean, pwede ko namang di sabihin kay dad diba? Eto nanaman ako parang nasusuka. It's better than not being included sa winners right?

I looked at Jungwon and saw his face, nagtataka sya. I hope he doesn't feel bad, I don't like seeing him with a sad face.

I ran up to the stage and bowed to the principal as I received the certificate.

"2nd place winner of Libertine Academy's Literature Contest goes to... Moon Eunji of Melviore High" I read the certificate silently.

I stepped forward and stood in the center..

"I want to give thanks to my family who cheered me up when I felt so nervous about sa contest. Gusto ko din magpasalamat sa mga friends ko na si Soojin at Hena, sila ang laging nagpapasaya sakin. And sa taong nagbigay sakin ng pagmamahal, thank you." sabi ko as I looked at Jungwon for a split second

"Wieeee sino yan ate girl!!"

"Gago may jowa na pala yung top student natin oh myyy!!"

"Putek na sanaol!!"

I smiled para sa picture and then went down, I felt uneasy while walking back to the line, but I gave Jungwon a smile para di sya magtaka.

"Congrats Eunji! Now for the 1st place.." sabi ng principal

"Hoy congrats, sana okay ka lang" sabi ni Soojin

"Ano ba oks lang noh, and besides.. mas mabuti pa toh kesa sa walang makuha" sabi ko

"Agree, anyways congrats Ji!!" sigaw ni Hena

"Thank you thank youuu" sabi ko

I focused to the stage ulit para malaman kung sino ang nanalo.

"The student who won 1st place is.. Yang Jungwon!" sigaw ng principal

Omg, shucks si Jungwon ang nanalo!! I'm so proud of him oh my. Jusko magcelebrate kaya kami mamaya?

He looked at me with a blank face. Jeez what's up with him? It's not the time to be sad right now.

He went up the stage and claimed his certificate, walking forward.

"Um.. di ko inexpect na ako pala mananalo haha, since ako lang mag-isa tumitira sa sarili kong bahay.. gusto kong magpasalamat sa mga friends ko na palaging andito sa tabi ko. And to the girl who gave color to my life, salamat" sabi nya as he looked at me for a second

"Bwesit talaga!!" narinig ko yung sigaw ni Alice.. tangina talaga tong ugok na toh.. akala ko ba nakalimutan na nya si Jungwon, sarap batukan eh.

Jungwon smiled a bit para sa picture, mukhang di talaga sya masaya. But I'm so happy for him, he worked hard and he deserves it.

Bumaba sya sa stage without looking at me, does he feel guilty na sya ang nanalo at hindi ako?

Kakatapos lang ng mga results sa ibang contests. I grabbed my bag sa gilid and ran to the canteen para bumili ng ballpen.

Sinundan ako ni Jungwon at sumunod sa linya, nasa likod ko sya pero I can feel his sadness.

"Love I'm so sorry." binulong nya sa tenga ko

Napakuno ang noo ko, why does he have to say sorry..?

I looked at him with a smile habang napakuno pa din ang noo ko, "Love ano ka ba, I'm so proud of you. Why do you have to say sorry? Do you feel bad?" nagtanong ako

He nodded while he pouted his lips, nako Yang Jungwon wag ka nga ganyan.

"Hay" I sighed and then gave him a smile, "Alam mo.. wag ka ganyan okay? We both won 1st and 2nd place, we deserve it. If you feel bad sakin just because ikaw ang nanalo at hindi ako.. magtataka ako sayo." sabi ko

He exhaled and then looked me in the eye.. "Okay, congrats din sayo Love. I'm really proud of you" sabi nya

"Yiee thank you, oh tara na. Ano ba bibilhin mo?" nagtanong ako

"Wala, sinundan lang kita HAHAHAHAHA" napatawa sya

Ikaw talaga Yang Jungwon, di mo man alam pero ang cute mo pramis.
