What Will You Have?

IN LACEY'S CAR:
Lacey has changed her shift hours now that Ryan has left her. She now works from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. She just got off work and she's going to pick her son up from school.
She drives up and parks the car and waits for him to come out. But it's been ten minutes and he's not coming out. So she goes into the school. She walks into the main office.

LACEY:
Um, hi. I'm Lacey McKay and I'm here to pick up my son, Liam McKay.

RECEPTIONIST:
Okay, I will check to see where he is.

The receptionist checks the list of names and sees that Liam has already been checked out.

RECEPTIONIST:
He has already been checked out ma'am.

LACEY:
Oh, uh, okay then. Thank you.

Lacey turns around with a worried look on her face. She almost runs out to her car. She gets in and calls Ryan right away as she drives back home.

RYAN:
Hello. Who is this?

Ryan has already deleted her contact from his phone.

LACEY:
Ryan, this is Lacey.

RYAN:
And why are you calling me?

LACEY:
I'm calling because I don't know where my son is and I'd like to know if he's with you?

RYAN:
Oh. Yeah. He's with me.

LACEY:
Why? Where are you anyways?

RYAN:
I'm living with my parents until I can find a new place. Anyways. Bye.

Ryan hangs up before Lacey can speak. Right after he hung up Lacey gets a text. It's from Anna.

"Hey, this is Anna. I was wondering if you'd like to hang out tonight?"

Lacey replies back, "Sure! Would you want to come over to my place? I'll send the address."

"Okay! That works. I'll bring over some wine. White or red?"

"Red. Can't wait!"
